Not Sure on the quality, but very cute! I just ordered this online and when it arrived i loved it. It is pretty delicate and im hoping that it holds up to be washed (handwashed) the sequins are held on by what looks like fine fishing wire and these fine clear threads are already coming undone just from taking it out of the bag and trying on! ITs very cute and im hoping it doesnt fall apart after a few wears. June 4, 2012
