Super cute layer! I love this vest, especially under another patchwork vest that I have. The fringe adds a cute and subtle boho accent to just about any outfit. The one catch is that it fits a little snug around the arms. I would reccomend buying a size larger than normal.Overall, lovely piece! December 16, 2012
