All Buckle stores are wholly owned and operated by The Buckle, Inc. We do not franchise or enter into other types of joint ventures and have no plans to begin franchising at this point in time. The company's expansion plans will continue to be from opening of new company owned and operated stores.

Having trouble applying for a Buckle Credit Card?
As a current Buckle Card guest, we want to make sure that you
are aware of our current Buckle Card Rewards program. Buckle
Cardholders earn one point for every net dollar* charged on their Buckle
Card. For every 300 points in merchandise (excluding taxes and shipping) accumulated during the following periods,
you will receive a $10 merchandise certificate on future purchases.
Your Buckle Card Rewards points can be earned in addition to
your frequent shopper PRIMO card punches; essentially doubling your
points or making every $300 worth $20 dollars off future purchases ($10
of Buckle Card rewards and $10 of PRIMO Card rewards).

How do I make a gift card donation request?
You will find a "remove me" text link at the bottom of every promotional or merchandise email sent to you. Please click this link to be removed from our email database. If you do not have a Buckle email available and would like to be removed from our list, please send your request to email@example.com
. We will follow up with confirmation that your email address has been removed.
High school and college alcohol and drug-free events:
Buckle supports area high school and college events that encourage a safe and fun environment for students through Buckle gift card donations in the amount of $25.
Requests must be submitted in writing on the sponsoring organization's letterhead. Please include event details, the sponsoring organization's Federal Tax Exempt Number, and your nearest Buckle store location by providing the city, state and mall name.
Mail your request to: Buckle Gift Card Donation Request, P.O. Box 1480, Kearney, NE 68848–1480.
To be considered, your request must be received six weeks in advance of the event date. Due to budget limitations, not all requests are granted. If approved, your gift card will arrive three weeks following receipt of your request. There is a limit of one $25 Buckle gift card per event.

What is the minimum age you have to be to apply at the Buckle?
For store positions you must be at least 18 years of age to apply except in ID, IA, KS, MN, MT, NE, ND, SD which you need to be at least 17 years of age. To apply for all Freight Coordinator positions you must be at least 18 years of age to apply. For all Corporate Office and Distribution Center positions you must be at least 16 years of age.
How do I apply for a job?

page on buckle.com and click on the "Buckle Career Center" button to search for jobs by zip code. Select the position you would like to apply for and complete the online application. We will communicate with you via email on the next step, once your application is complete.
Does Buckle offer special orders/custom jeans?
The Buckle does not offer custom-made jeans at this time. You may contact a store to special order a product if the size was originally produced and if it is still available.
What if a style is out of stock after I've submitted my order?
Although we intend to only show you product available to order, from time to time, a style may go out of stock and ship from a store location. These orders will ship within 24 hours of being processed. If this occurs, you receive an email notification. Please contact Guest Services at 800.607.9788 for questions regarding these orders.
Do you ship to military addresses?
Yes. We will ship via US Mail to all US APO/FPO military addresses.
How does the Primo card work?
The Buckle frequent shopper card is available both online and in all Buckle Locations. The card is redeemable through mail order and in all Buckle Locations. With every online order, you'll find enclosed our frequent shopper Primo Card with punches given for the purchase. You get one punch with each $10 spent on merchandise at Buckle store or online excluding tax and shipping cost. When your card is full, you may redeem it to save $10 off a future purchase. Redeem your fully punched card in any one of our 430 retail stores or at buckle.com.

Each Buckle store has an alteration specialist. They are able to hem jeans purchased in our stores. This is a free service to our guests. Please visit with your local Buckle store
