If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud beyond control of the Sponsors, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway. In such event, prizes will be awarded in a drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such termination. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address). A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. In the case of a legal minor, the potential winner's parent or legal guardian may be the authorized account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
