Roar Digital Giveaway Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the continental United States who as of 9/26/11, are 13 years of age or older (18 years or older for residents of the state of Maine). Employees of The Buckle, Inc., Buckle Brands, Inc., (collectively "Buckle"), Ganga, Inc., D/B/A Roar USA , and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and inherent agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such family members are not eligible. All U.S. federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Roar Digital Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins at 12:01 AM CT on 9/26/11, and ends at 11:59 p.m. (CT) on 10/16/11 ("Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, visit buckle.com/giveaway, complete the information requested and submit the entry. No P.O. boxes accepted. Limit one (1) Online Entry per person and per email address, during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Entrants are responsible for all charges imposed by their Internet service provider (as applicable), including any applicable taxes on such services, in connection with submission of an entry. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of the Sponsors and will not be verified or returned.

RANDOM DRAWING:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/26/11 from among all eligible entries received by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Potential winners will be notified by email, mail and/or phone.

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: MacBook Pro 15" 2.2 GHz and a $500 Buckle gift card for Roar merchandise. Prize value: $2,700
TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: MacBook Air 13" 128 GB and a $250 Buckle Gift Card for Roar merchandise. Prize value: $1,550 each
FIVE (5) SECOND PRIZES: iPod Touch 64 GB and $100 Buckle gift card for Roar merchandise. Prize value: $500 each
TOTAL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: $8,300
Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Sponsors may substitute prizes at Sponsors' sole discretion.

GENERAL RULES: All U.S. federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Potential grand prize winner and first prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and W–9 within ten (10) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner will be selected. If a minor wins the grand prize or first prize, the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Buckle gift card prizes are redeemable for Buckle merchandise only and have no cash value.

Sponsors disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information connected with this Giveaway. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud beyond control of the Sponsors, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway. In such event, prizes will be awarded in a drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address). A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. In the case of a legal minor, the potential winner's parent or legal guardian may be the authorized account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsors and their agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. By accepting a prize, winners agree to hold Buckle, Roar USA, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and inherent agencies harmless against any and all claims and liability resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or by use or redemption of any prize.
