ROCK YOUR BLUES OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older (18 years or older for residents of Maine) as of date of entry or participation. Employees of The Buckle, Inc., and Buckle Brands, Inc., (collectively "Buckle"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and inherent agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such family members are not eligible. All U.S. federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES HAVE THE SAME CHANCE OF WINNING.

TWO WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:
1) ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE: Visit www.buckle.com/rocks from 12:01 AM (CT) on 10/17/11 through 11:59 PM (CT) on 11/07/11 and follow the on–screen directions to enter the sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person, per day. If more than one entry is received on the same day from the same person, only the first such entry will be eligible.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 11/21/11 from among all eligible entries received by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Potential winners will be notified by email, mail and/or phone. Limit one prize per person. Odds of winning each prize are based solely on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
Five (5) Grand prizes: A $250 Buckle Gift Card and a $100 Ticketmaster gift card
Ten (10) First prizes: A $100 Buckle Gift Card and a $50 Ticketmaster gift card
Twenty (20) Second prizes: A $50 Buckle Gift Card and a $25 Ticketmaster gift card

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $4,750.00

Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Buckle gift cards are redeemable for Buckle merchandise only and have no cash value.

2) PICK UP A GAME CARD AT PARTICIPATING STORES: Beginning 10/17/11 through 11/07/11, (or while game card supplies last), try on jeans from the sponsoring brands at any Buckle retail location to receive an Official Game Card for a chance to receive a special offer. Limit one Official Game Card request per person, per day. Or, send a self–addressed stamped envelope to: Rock your Blues Game Card, P.O. Box 1480, Kearney, NE 68848–1480. Limit one mail request per outer envelope. Mail–in requests must be received by 11/07/11.

SPECIAL OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: If your Official Game Card reveals the message, "You receive a $20 Merchandise Certificate" or "You receive a $10 Merchandise Certificate" or "You receive a $5 Merchandise Certificate", you are eligible to redeem the special offer specified (subject to verification). If your Official Game Card reveals any message other than those stated above, or is blank, you are not an offer recipient. Official Game Cards are available while supplies last. Special offers must be redeemed in person at a participating Buckle retail location by 12/05/11. Any applicable sales tax is the responsibility of offer recipient. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer/discount and are not redeemable on buckle.com. Limit one offer redemption per person, per day.

OFFICIAL GAME CARD VERIFICATION: All Official Game Cards are subject to verification. Decisions of the judges are final. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any Official Game Card that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, cut, torn, contains printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, was not obtained legitimately, was distributed where prohibited by law, or if the Official Game Card has been altered, tampered with or removed is null and void. Official Game Cards may not be transferred or sold. In the event of a printing error, neither the Buckle nor their respective agents and agencies shall have any liability. If, due to a printing, production or other error, more offers are distributed, or more offers are redeemed than are intended to be awarded for any offer level, the intended offers will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified offer redemptions received for that offer level. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of offers.

OFFERS, VALUES AND APPROXIMATE ODDS OF RECEIVING AN OFFER: (25,000 Offers) – $5 Off Merchandise Certificate, 1:11; (5,000 Offers) – $10 Off Merchandise Certificate, 1:55; (2,000 Offers) – $20 Off Merchandise Certificate, 1:138. Offers consist of only the items specifically listed as the offer.

GENERAL RULES: All U.S. federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Potential grand prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and W–9 Form within 10 days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/offer notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Winner/offer recipient may make no substitution or transfer of prize/offer. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize/offer of equal or greater value.

Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information connected with this sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes portion of the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud beyond control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes portion of the promotion. In such event, prizes will be awarded in a drawing from among all eligible online entries received prior to such termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address). A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. In the case of a legal minor, the potential winner's parent or legal guardian may be the authorized account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

Acceptance of prize/offer constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners/offer recipient's names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. By accepting prize/offer, winner/offer recipient agrees to hold Sponsor harmless against any and all claims and liability resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize/offer. Winner/offer recipients assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize/offer. Purchase of a product offer does not improve your chances of winning/receiving a prize/offer. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes/offers.
