General Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return merchandise, you may return it to one of our Buckle store locations or to buckle.com via mail. Some online merchandise is not available for return. These items are noted on the product description page.

  • All returned merchandise must be in original condition for resale, unless it is defective.
  • If the items returned do not meet Buckle's return guidelines, all shipping charges associated with the return will be the guest's responsibility.
  • Items must be returned within 60 DAYS from the purchase date with the vendor and price tags attached.
  • Footwear must be returned in the original box.
  • All credits for returns, or additional charges for exchanges, will be applied directly to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the incorrect merchandise was sent.
  • PLEASE NOTE: No returns or exchanges on discontinued items.

How to Return/Exchange Merchandise

Return/Exchange to a Buckle Store
  • Present the buckle.com receipt and the original form of payment used for the order.
  • All credits for returns, or additional charges for exchanges, will be applied directly to the original form of payment.
  • No cash refunds will be issued.
  • No in-store credits on shipping or handling fees.

  • Visit buckle.com/returns and sign in to get started.
  • Select the items you are returning.
  • Print the pack slip and USPS label, then place items in a secure package.
  • Drop the package off at your local Post Office, in a collection box, or schedule a USPS pickup.
  • When using Buckle's easy online returns, a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
  • Place a new order within 24 hours of initiating the return and Buckle will waive the $7 return shipping fee.

    International Return Policy

    If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns must be within 60 days from the date of purchase, in original condition with vendor and price tags attached.

  • All international orders must be returned via Borderfree, and must include the RMA form. Do not send returns directly to buckle.com. In doing so, you will forfeit all duties, taxes, and shipping/handling fees.
  • Please send an email to our Guest Services at Guest.Services@Buckle.com with a detailed description of all items requested for return to receive your RMA paperwork.
  • Refunds on international returns will include duties, taxes and tariffs when they are shipped with your RMA form to Borderfree. Your account will be credited by Borderfree when your return is received at the international hub.
  • Unfortunately, buckle.com cannot refund your original shipping and handling fees. Any fees for shipping your returned order back to our Returns Department will be subtracted from your refund total. Due to recent US customs policy changes, there will be a surcharge applied to each returned order that has a dutiable value greater than $200 USD.
