We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return merchandise you may return it by mail service to Buckle.com or return it to one of our Buckle stores. Some online merchandise is not returnable. If an item is not available to return it will list that on the product description page.General Return Policy
- All credits on returns will be made directly to the credit card used in making the purchase.
- The original Online Purchase Receipt must accompany all returns.
- The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale, unless it is defective.
- The merchandise must be returned within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase with vendor tags and price tags attached.
- The merchandise must be returned with vendor and price tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box, with stickers attached.
- Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside) unless defective.
- Any uncertainties about the style and fit of your footwear should be resolved before wearing them outside.
- Additional footwear care tips will be provided to you with your order.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was sent.
- No returns or exchanges on discontinued items.
- All Return/Exchange shipping charges must be prepaid.
- C.O.D deliveries are not accepted.
- Standard shipping charges on items selected for exchange (pending availability) will be paid for by buckle.com.
The care instructions on swimwear garments should be followed carefully. Swimwear returns must be:
- Accompanied by a receipt
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- Have original tags and sanitary liners attached
- Unworn and in original condition, unless defective
