We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return merchandise, you may return it to one of our Buckle stores or to buckle.com via mail. Some online merchandise is not available for return. These items are noted on the product description page.
General Return Policy
- All credits for returns, or additional charges for exchanges, will be applied directly to the original form of payment.
- All returned merchandise must be in original condition for resale, unless it is defective.
- If the items returned do not meet Buckle's return guidelines, all shipping charges associated with the return will be the guest's responsibility.
- Items must be returned within 60 DAYS from the purchase date with vendor and price tags attached.
- The original receipt must accompany all returns, instore and online.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box.
- Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside) unless defective.
- Any uncertainties about the style and fit of your footwear should be resolved before wearing them outside.
- Additional footwear care tips will be provided to you with your order.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the incorrect merchandise was sent.
- All Return/Exchange shipping charges must be prepaid.
- C.O.D deliveries are not accepted.
- Standard shipping charges on items selected for exchange (pending availability) will be paid for by buckle.com.
The care instructions on swimwear garments should be followed carefully. Swimwear returns must be:
- Accompanied by original receipt
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- Have original tags and sanitary liners attached
- Unworn and in original condition, unless defective
