How to Return Merchandise
Please contact Buckle Guest Services through the "Contact Us" link found at the bottom of this page within 60 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep to obtain a return number. Both the order number and return number must be visible on the outside of the returning package and the original packing list must be enclosed or credit will not be processed for the return. Return shipping to the international return facility is the responsibility of the guest. The return will be made at the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase. Your refund will also include any custom tariffs and taxes originally paid on the order.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Some online merchandise is not returnable, if an item is not available to return it will list that on the product description page.
All credits on returns will be made directly to the credit card used in making the purchase. The original Online Purchase Receipt must accompany all returns. The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale, unless it is defective. The merchandise must be returned within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. The merchandise must be returned with vendor and price tags attached.
Footwear must be returned in the original box, with stickers attached. Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside) unless defective. Any uncertainties about the style and fit of your footwear should be resolved before wearing them outside. Additional footwear care tips will be provided to you with your order.
Swimwear must be accompanied by a receipt. Swimwear must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Swimwear must have original tags and hygiene liners attached. Swimwear must be in original condition (absolutely no wear), unless defective. Instructions on care label must have been followed.
Exchanges
