Where's My Order

If you have your order number, order status can be viewed at https://services.fiftyone.com/tracking.srv.

If you don't have your order number, please contact Buckle Guest Services through the "Contact Us" link found at the bottom of this page. We will be happy to provide your order number along with an update.

Cancel or Modify

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please contact Buckle Guest Services through the "Contact Us" link found at the bottom of this page as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned. If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item, customs tariffs, taxes and shipping fees related to the item.
