How to Return Merchandise
Return in Store
If you are returning your purchase to a store, please bring the original Online Purchase Receipt and the credit card used in making the purchase. You may exchange your merchandise at any store or we will issue credit to the credit card used in making the purchase when the Online Purchase Receipt is present. You will not be able to receive cash back from a return of an online purchase. Without the Online Purchase Receipt, our store employees may have to obtain online order confirmation from the corporate office before a return or exchange can be completed. This process may delay the completion of your return.
Return through U.S. Mail to Buckle.com
If you are returning your purchase via any form of mail service, please follow the instructions on your Online Purchase Receipt carefully. Our packaging is designed so that you may use the same box to send us your return. You must prepay the shipping charges on your return; C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted. You may not return items purchased in a store to Buckle.com through the mail.
