Tulsa OK: I would like to compliment one of your employees. I use to shop the Buckle when I was in my teens and 20's. Now I am 38–years–old, have a wife, a new baby boy and manage 14 bank employees. I promise you, I understand good service. I wear suits everyday and absolutely hate shopping. My wife decided I need to update my casual wardrobe a year ago, due to the fact that I have not bought any jeans since the day 501's were in style.
Anyway, my wife takes me to the Buckle in late 2008. We meet Brandon as we walk into the store. My wife and Brandon are talking – as if I am not there – about me and my jeans. My wife is saying to Brandon, "You don't know what you have got yourself into in regards to helping him find some jeans." Brandon replies, "Oh, I think I do." To keep this story short, Brandon did a great job! I purchased one pair of jeans in 2008, and returned in late 2009 to purchase two more pairs.
I know this is not a major purchase; but that is not the point. The point is that Brandon made me feel at ease and provided great – I mean GREAT – customer service! Brandon put me in a dressing room, would bring jeans for to try on, ask what I liked and disliked about them and then throw different pair over for me to try. I am sure this is pretty standard; but you could tell he knew his product and could hypothesize what I probably would or would not like. He did it with a smile and a positive attitude. Please let Brandon know he is doing a great job!
Olympia WA: Jacob was amazing! I didn't know what I was looking for and he helped me try on several different styles until we found a style that worked. I bought two pairs of jeans and several tops. Your amazing alterations person hemmed the jeans right then, so I could wear them for my 50th birthday!
Manhattan KS: I am normally the first person to complain about poor service, and have never sent a letter or e–mail about good service in the past. I had such a great experience in your Manhattan store today that I am doing the latter for the first time.
One of the shoes was not in the box when your sales staff got them for me. The floor display model could not be immediately located, so the manager told all the employees to stop what they were doing – no other customers were in the store – and look for the missing shoe. While they were looking, they suggested I check out the sales rack. I wasn't planning on buying anything but shoes today; but since locating the shoe was taking awhile, I ended up looking around the store. To make a long story short, I ended up also buying two shirts.
I like the Buckle's approach to customer service. I know this is a focus for your company and thought your employees at your Manhattan, Buckle location excelled today!
Maumee OH: I was in the Fallen Timbers store this evening and was impressed with the service I received from the three individuals working. They were so eager to help me find the perfect pair of jeans with the perfect fit! I probably tried on 20 different jeans while I was in the store. The three of them were so helpful and patient as I tried to figure out exactly what I was looking for.
I ended up finding the perfect pair and am very happy about my purchase. I have had several friends tell me about similar "wonderful" experiences that they received at this Buckle store. I will definitely go back to the Buckle for my next jean purchase and will definitely recommend that my friends do, too. Thank you!
Knoxville TN: Talk about customer service! I visited the West Town Buckle and had the best service – it was like I had my own personal shopper. Nicholas knew just what I liked. Not only did he pick me out the best outfits; but when I was trying on the outfits I mentioned how I didn't care for the shoes I was wearing. He quickly brought me the cutest wedges to wear while I tried the outfits on. It's very rare to find someone to take care of you like this employee did. I highly recommend visiting the West Town location and requesting Nicholas.
Houston TX: I never been to the Buckle at Galleria; but wanted to see if their merchandise selection was different from other Buckle locations in Houston. Keke approached me and was very friendly. She noted I had on a Remedy shirt that Buckle sold a while back and took me straight to a merchandise table. The Galleria Buckle had shirts I never seen and I ended up buying several Remedy shirts. Keke showed me other brands, like Rebel Spirit, and I purchased a couple more shirts. My experience at the Galleria Buckle was very positive. I will definitely return to this store soon when I need to reload. Thanks for having such a great team at the Galleria Buckle location. Kudos!
Minnetonka MN: I was in your store yesterday looking for a specific shirt. Joshua was awesome! Even though the store did not have the shirt, he offered to call other stores for me. Josh walked with me from rack to rack, offering up honest opinions. Upon checking out at the register, I paid with a hundred dollar bill which, unknown to me, was counterfeit! (I had purchased a used car earlier and my change was counterfeit.) Joshua told me he couldn't accept the bill and I paid with another bill I had. Bottom line – he didn't judge me in this extremely embarrassing situation. He treated me with respect. Thank you, Buckle! Keep up the good hires!
Knoxville TN: I shopped in the Knoxville Buckle store for the first time today. I was looking for a great pair of jeans and Allison was very helpful! She asked what I was looking for in a pair of jeans and picked out a lot of good options to try on. I found a great pair and they are getting hemmed to fit perfect! I plan on going back to buy jeans at this Buckle from now on. The service was great. Allison was very friendly and provided wonderful help as I shopped!
Durham NC: After visiting the Buckle store near my house, I felt compelled to comment on how well I was treated. Every time I walk into the Buckle at the Streets of Southpoint in Durham I am always greeted by a sales associate and tended to. The last time I went in and shopped, I was only looking for a shirt to wear. Not only did I find the perfect shirt; but I found a great pair of jeans to go along with it! The person attending me was very attentive to what I was looking for, asked questions, brought out items for me to try on and gave their opinion. Great job! I will be coming back!
Fremont NE: A guest phoned the Support Center to compliment Jenny, the Fremont Mall Buckle manager. "Jenny is an extraordinary employee! I shopped the Fremont store several weeks ago and purchased a top. I mentioned to Jenny I really liked the fleur–de–lis design on the shirt. Jenny remembered my comment and recently called me at home to tell me there are several new watches on the Buckle website that have the fleur–de–lis design. How did she remember that comment from several weeks ago? Well, I checked out the watches at Buckle.com, liked them and followed up Jenny. Jenny ordered three watches for me – two for myself and one watch as a Valentine's gift for my daughter. Jenny has turned me into a loyal Buckle customer!" Nice job, Jenny!
Des Moines, IA: I want you to know what a great job Trisha did when shopping with me. The first person that helped me tried hard; but did not quite understand my style. I was slightly frustrated with shopping, as jeans are a tough thing to shop for. Trisha was able to select the exact pair of pants I wanted, and ordered them to be shipped in my size to my house. Omaha NE: It has been sometime since I was last in the Buckle and many new brands have been introduced. I shopped at the Omaha Westroads Buckle store and Alex was the nicest, most helpful salesperson I've ever encountered anywhere. He wasn't pushy, yet offered helpful advice, fit advice, fabric advice and additional pieces to go along with my Rock Revival purchase. Please tell him what a great job he's doing! Thank you!
Murray UT: I am over weight and clearly cannot fit in anything at the Buckle. Recently I started a weight loss program and was at the mall shopping for a goal outfit. Every store I went to depressed me because people wouldn't even greet me, let alone help me pick things out. But when I walked into the Buckle, I was greeted right away asked if I needed help.
Two of your sales people helped me select outfits and offered a changing room for me, even though I couldn't fit in these clothes. It made me feel so good that they just treated me totally normal and didn't think at all about my size. I got a great outfit and I'm pretty close to it fitting into it, so I'll be doing a lot of shopping at the Buckle soon! Thanks so much for your wonderful customer service!
Lawton OK: I visited the Buckle store in Lawton today. My friend and I both walked in with our toddlers and were treated very well. Sometimes upon entering a trendy store, I've noticed that customers with young children are sometimes discounted. Quinton approached us immediately. My friend was looking for a specific pair of shoes that were not on display. Quinton offered to check the back, just in case.
In the meantime, Denny noticed my friend's skinny jeans and offered us the personal jean fitting service. He noted styles that would work for my friend and let us know that the fitting service also includes full outfit and accessorizing services. Even though we weren't jean shopping, Denny offered us cards with both his and Quinton's names. Quinton returned and continued chatting with us while we shopped. I will return to this Buckle for a jean fit appointment. Please let Denny and Quinton know we appreciate their help today!
San Antonio TX: I have become a frequent shopper at your Ingram Park Mall Buckle. Your staff there – Renee, Mallory, Teresa and Amanda – have all gone above and beyond to help find me new outfits and offer suggestions. They even suggested I create a Wish List and they could order items on the list they didn't have in the store. I had a huge Wish List and Mallory took the time to check availability and ordered it all in. I can't wait until I get the call this week that my merchandise has arrived. The Ingram Park Buckle staff is attentive and helpful in finding clothing I like and that fits comfortably. I shop at this Buckle because of your staff and their great customer service. They all deserve a great big "Thank You."
Charlotte NC: I took a friend to the Northlake Buckle for her first trip to find some Buckle jeans. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. and were frantically trying to put some outfits together. The store stayed open for us until 10:30 and never made us feel rushed. The staff was very friendly. Thank you for the great customer service!
Fayetteville AR: We just returned from shopping at your Fayetteville location and HAD to send in a comment. Jared saw the lost look on my face when my husband and I walked into the store. He immediately began helping my husband select clothing that fit my husband's unique fashion taste. Jared was well–spoken, friendly and had a great way of quickly identifying what my husband would like. Thank you for having staff members who obviously care about customers and enjoy what they do!
Lincoln NE: You have a wonderful sales person at your Southpointe Mall location. Her name is Maria. I needed some new jeans, so I thought I would give the Buckle a try because I know they would have what I was looking for. Maria was very polite and patient. She did not make my feel pressured to buy anything and kept bringing over jeans for me to try until I found the right ones. She helped me find the right size, style and length. They needed to be hemmed; but I was going on vacation. Maria assured me she would have them done before I left on my trip. I just wanted to let you know that you have a fabulous employee working for you. The other girls at this location were also very nice and helpful that day and the days to follow when I brought in the jeans for alterations. I will now be a frequent shopper at this Buckle location.
Littleton CO: Just wanted to say how helpful the staff was at the Park Meadows Buckle store. I came in ten minutes before closing, knowing that this could possibly be a burden. I was helped graciously by the staff and was able to try on enough pairs of jeans until I found two pairs that fit me perfectly. After a long night at the mall, and no success in other stores, I was so pleased to be able to find jeans that were flattering and comfortable.
I wasn't made to feel like I was holding anyone up from closing the store – despite that I was, and ultimately had to be walked out since the store closed while I was there. I was incredibly pleased to walk out with two pairs of jeans that I love! One pair was too long; but I was thrilled to learn of the Buckle's free hemming. I've recommended Buckle denim to my friends and co–workers and hope to patronize your business again soon. Tupelo MS: I would like to compliment the Tupelo Buckle store. I had a problem with some Big Star jeans and the manager let me know I could bring them back for her to fix the problem. Irvine CA: My boyfriend and I went shopping at the Irvine Buckle on Valentine's Day. We have never shopped at a Buckle before and had the best experience. Carter was the nicest sales person I have ever had help me in any store. He brought us outfits and told us how everything would fit. We were very impressed by his knowledge and fashion sense. We are now going to be regular Buckle shoppers!
Jackson MI: Every time I shop at Buckle of Jackson I am so satisfied with the help I receive from the employees of that store. They are helpful and have great ideas! I do spend a lot of money at Buckle and that is because of the great customer service I receive, compared to other clothing chains. Thanks and keep up the great work at your stores!
Spokane WA: My wife and I visited the Spokane Valley Buckle to look at some updated denim jeans for myself. Not only did Erin and Geoff make us feel welcome; but they went well beyond what we have ever experienced in a store. We took our new jeans home, washed them and brought them back the next day so they could be hemmed. Since we live almost two hours away, the staff called the seamstress and asked if she could come in and take care of us so we wouldn't have to make another trip to the store. In two hours I was wearing my new Buckle jeans! Thank you! With Buckle employees like this, we have already recommended the Buckle to our friends.
Asheville NC: Just wanted to take a moment to comment on the exceptional service I received from Ryan. This is my first visit to Buckle, as I was visiting from Canada. Not only did Ryan help me find great items, he suggested additional pieces which I hadn't considered. I left the store feeling very fashionable and thrilled with my purchases. Bloomington MN: Over Super Bowl weekend, my fiancé and I were in Minneapolis and stopped at your Buckle store at the Mall of America. Dan did an outstanding job taking care of us during our visit. He spent at least 30 minutes helping us pick out various items.
My fiancé and I were flying to California a few days later to get married and we had stopped at the Buckle store to buy clothes for our honeymoon. We purchased several articles of clothing that Dan helped pick out with us. The clothes we bought for our honeymoon fit great, and we had a wonderful time.
Chandler AZ: I had my first Buckle experience the other day and am now a customer for life! Brandon helped my girlfriend. My girlfriend must have tried on 20 pairs of jean and brought some jeans home for me, too. They didn't fit, so we brought them back and Brandon was great with the return and getting me into the right pair of jeans. Because they didn't have my length, Brandon had them hemmed and ready for our party. I'm a restaurant manager and understand the value of great service. Amarillo TX: Kari at the Amarillo Buckle store was truly helpful to my daughter yesterday. My daughter is a larger girl and gets upset because clothes don't always fit right. Kari gave my daughter her full attention, asked her what colors she liked and disliked and before I knew it, my daughter was in a dressing room and trying on outfits – with a smile on her face! Provo UT: I received wonderful service at the Provo Towne Centre Buckle. I am self–conscience about my weight and telling an employee my jean size; but this guy was very genuine and assured me that he could help me. The salesman was able to find me five great pairs of jeans, of which I purchased two pairs. I fell in love with the BKE brand. The salesman also walked us around the store and showed us were things are located. He made a positive impression and the Buckle should be proud to have him as an employee!
Lewisville TX: First of all, I'm probably not your typical customer. I have never stepped foot in a Buckle store because nothing would fit me. My 18–year–old daughter and my skinny friends shop the Buckle. I'm a mother of five children – a stay at home mom who doesn't spend "that kind of money" on clothes for myself.
Well, I recently lost weight and inherited a pair of Lucky jeans from my daughter. They fit, so I figured I'd stop in the Buckle, just to look around. I was greeted by a young man and I told him I was "just looking."
A few minutes into the store, as I was headed out of the store, another young man came up and asked if I was wearing Lucky jeans. I was amazed and I told him I was. "Well come over here, I have just the thing for you," he said. I followed and he handed me two pair of jeans. One pair the size I was wearing and the other pair one size smaller. He said, "Just try these on and see what you think. Then, when you come back, you will know what to buy."
I figured if he was willing to deal with my three small children while I tried on jeans, why not? He showed me where I could park my very large stroller, ushered me and my three children into the large dressing room and handed me the two pairs of jeans. I put on the size31 and, amazingly, they were just a little big. I put on the size 30 jeans and they fit perfectly! I fell in LOVE with those jeans and knew I could not leave the store without them.
This young man knew what I would like by looking at jeans I was currently wearing. He even knew my size without asking. He also filled out a fit card with jeans to try when I return to the store. After my purchase, I received a thank you card in the mail from this salesman.
I'm a size 11/12, down from a 24/26, a mother of five children and I don't often feel beautiful. That day, your salesman made me feel like I was the only person in that store –there were others in the store – and he made me feel like I was beautiful and skinny, like most of your shoppers! Please tell him thank you! His name is Carlos and he works in the Vista Ridge Mall in Lewisville.
Sarasota FL: I would like to commend Adam who works at the Buckle store at the Sarasota Square! I was there returning something for my son. I told Adam about my picky 14–year old–son and Adam suggested I call ahead to set up an appointment. They would pick out some things in my son's size, which I thought was wonderful! Please give Adam a pat on the back for me. Great store and I will be coming back to shop.
Clovis NM: A New Mexico guest phone the Support Center to compliment Amy, Jessica and Erica at the North Plains Mall Buckle. "I suffered a head injury, which makes it difficult to shop. The people at the Clovis Buckle set up an appointment and put together outfits for my shopping experience. They did a phenomenal job! The Buckle merchandise quality is high and I enjoy stopping in this store. They treat me well and they treat every customer who comes in this store well. Thank you so much!" Nice job, Clovis Team!
Jensen Beach FL: I shopped in the Buckle today for the first time. I am hooked – 50% for the clothing and 50% for the customer service. I didn't know what I was looking for and the sales associates helped me to find outfits that I liked; but wouldn't have considered. The Buckle is now one of my favorite stores. I'll stop in every time I make a trip to the mall!
Buford GA: Charita, at the Buford Buckle, provided great assistance today! She was fun to shop with. I went into the store looking for a pair of jeans (my first visit to a Buckle) and was pleased with her help in finding the right jean style and size – including other clothing, shoes and accessories to pull together an outfit. Seattle WA: Saturday we went into the Southcenter Buckle. We were shopping for a vacation and the staff was so helpful. We then received a "thanks for shopping" postcard, wishing us a great vacation. My husband is in sales and understands the importance of personal attention to customers. We will definitely return! We have found our new favorite store and sales person Jenni! The entire staff was fun and helpful! Please pass this on to the Southcenter store that they are doing a great job.
Findlay OH: You have a great staff at the Findlay Buckle store. Caitlin and Allie are amazing! I am a nurse and know a lot of people who shop at the Buckle. The customer service is amazing and personable. I call the store and these two women put outfits together for me by the time I arrive. Allie has set up a whole dressing room for my daughter and me. Ashley is also fabulous! That young lady is very outgoing and a great asset to the store. Honestly, my closet is looking like the store! Thank you.
Minnetonka MN: We had an amazing experience with employees at the Ridgedale Buckle store. Both young women working this evening were fabulous. They knew the product, they were polite, and they helped my daughter and made helpful suggestions for me. They even offered me a chair while I waited for my daughter to try on clothes.

Pittsburgh PA: Yesterday was the first time I've been to a Buckle store. I saw these really cute shoes and decided to try them on; but they were too small. Ashley suggested special ordering my size. She located a pair and they are being shipped to my home. She was very efficient, fast and very customer service–oriented. All the employees were very service oriented – I loved it! I told my 12–year–old daughter how nice the Buckle store was and I will take her there soon to shop. Please commend Ashley for going the extra mile!
Greenville NC: I occasionally shop Buckle. Since my primary clothing purchases are for corporate work, I am unable to wear as much trendy attire to work. Today, however, I found the best shirt I've seen in a long time that will not only be for casual wear, but also fits my work attire. To top it off, Josh was extremely helpful and nice. It was great to have someone who was helpful, knowledgeable and quick to assist me. My sincerest thanks to Josh and the Buckle team.
Vancouver WA: Last Thursday I was in the Vancouver Buckle store and was helped by Jake and another girl, whose name I cannot recall. Because my waist is 10 inches smaller than my hips, I have a terrible time finding pants that fit correctly. I was totally skeptical when I went in because nothing ever fits and no one ever helps me in other stores. I was immediately greeted by Jake. We actually found jeans that fit correctly. It was so much fun!
My boyfriend was pleased because he knows how difficult it is for me to find clothes without a full day of frustration. When I told him I found pants that fit and looked great and had a great time shopping he almost didn't believe me. He said, "Wait, you found pants AND had a great time?"
I had to write you and tell you it was the best shopping experience I've had. Please let the Vancouver staff know what a great experience I had in the store. They converted me into a huge fan of Buckle and I can't wait to shop there again. Keep up the great work!

Annapolis MD: I am a regular shopper at the Annapolis location. The service is always excellent. I recently arranged to have a fit appointment for my son with M.J. The experience was above and beyond what my son and I expected. M.J. is a credit to the Annapolis store and your company.
Novi MI: I had an exceptional shopping experience at the Buckle in Novi. I have never been in a Buckle store before; but I have seen your merchandise on some of my friends. I was very excited to see the actual store. I went in to look around and every associate was friendly. Roger approached me to make sure I was finding everything okay. His positive attitude made me want to shop and not miss a detail in the store. Roger also gave me an A+ fitting room experience: he was honest about how the clothing looked, suggested two more cute tops, and ordered me a 26L in the Big Star brand jeans and had them sent to my house. I was disappointed to learn that Roger was just filling in at the Twelve Oaks location, and comes from the Saginaw store. I may consider stopping by the Saginaw Buckle location because Roger was awesome. Please acknowledge him for his efforts. He deserves it!
Broomfield CO: The Buckle team members were extremely helpful. They showed me styles that I normally would not wear. I purchased a whole new outfit on the recommendation of the Flat Iron Crossing Buckle team.
Sioux City IA: We want to comment that we have always had excellent service at the Southern Hills Mall Buckle store. My daughters love to shop the Buckle store in Sioux City. As a mother of four girls, I have never shopped the Buckle for myself. I recently bought my first pair of Buckle jeans with the help of the store employees and, of course, my four daughters. My girls each purchased jeans, too. The Sioux City Buckle staff is very pleasant and friendly. Thank you! We love the Buckle, of course!

Sterling Heights MI: I had a great experience with Shannon at the Lakeside Buckle. She was very friendly and helpful. A mistake was made and I did not notice it until I got home. When I called the store, Shannon promptly fixed the problem and offered to send me a correct receipt. I received the correct receipt and a nice note inviting me back to the store. I was very impressed with her service and kindness.
When I called corporate to ask a question, your customer service person was kind and willing to help with my problem. She did not know the answer to my question; but said that she would take care of it and get back with me. She had someone with the answer call me back that same night. I was so impressed with the people at corporate who called me back. Their professional attitude is unheard of these days and I really appreciate all they did to help me. I will shop at your store again. You have wonderful employees!

Chesterfield MO: Today was my first experience shopping at the Buckle and, based on today's experience, I will continue to return in the future. I worked with Cassie, a wonderful sales associate, who took the time to help me find the right pair of jeans. Recently I lost some weight and had no idea what size and style I was looking for. Cassie was very patient and took time to explain different fits. The store was busy, as it was a Saturday afternoon; but she still managed to make me feel like I was important. Cassie explained the layaway program, which I used. Please let the entire Chesterfield Buckle store know they doing an excellent job!
Paducah KY: When I was visiting this store and a group of other Buckle employees were there to help the new manager. I wish that every retailer did this. I can see now why Buckle is so successful. Everyone was so helpful and encouraging as I tried on full outfits. The new manager even took time out to introduce herself to me! With a group like that I think the new manager, Breanne, will be successful.
Erie PA: I had a terrific experience at your store in Erie. Your company is fortunate to have such a dazzling array of talent. Glendale AZ: I recently visited the Arrowhead store and was promptly greeted by Tanya. She was amazing to work with! I do not like to shop – I like to walk in a store and have someone offer to help me. Tanya didn't stop at just offering to help; she assured me she would take care of me. She asked a few questions to figure out my style and told me to meet her at the dressing area. Tanya helped me find some very nice outfits. And when the jeans were too long, she explained the jeans hemming service – at no extra charge. It was a positive shopping experience!
Lima OH: I've never had such an enjoyable clothes shopping experience as I did with the Buckle at the Lima Mall. Brandon and Amanda were fantastic and knowledgeable during my Get Fitted appointment. Hurst TX: I called several Buckle locations searching for a hard to find size of Miss Me jeans. Unable to find them, I had pretty much given up on my search. Approximately three weeks after making calls to your stores, I received a phone call from Chris, an employee at the Northeast Mall Buckle in Hurst. The store received a new shipment with the exact size and style jeans I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised that he had held onto my phone number and jean specifications for that long and then called me to let me know that they had received the jeans I wanted. He made an extra effort to hold the jeans for me until I could get to the store, as I live almost an hour. I am pleased with the customer service Chris provided. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. It's hard to find that kind of dedication in the retail industry anymore, therefore I am recommending that Chris be recognized for his outstanding customer service.
Madison WI: Katy did an outstanding job in helping me select an outfit for my 14–year–old granddaughter. Katy put together several different outfits and was very patient with me while I decided which outfit to purchase. Kudos! I know my granddaughter will love her outfit, thanks to Katy!
Wesley Chapel FL: We were assisted today by a nice sales clerk and, after trying on a few pair of jeans, we determined that none were right for me. As we prepared to leave the store, manager Jacky came over to tell us more about the different types of jeans for men. She was helpful and knowledgeable. After trying on a pair that seemed a little long, she brought out a pair of shoes – exactly my size – to see how the jeans would look with shoes on. I ended up buying the jeans and the shoes! Jacky is a great sales person who believes in her product. I heard her interact with the other associates. She was not just providing great external customer service; but also internal service to her staff. Thank you, Jacky.
Longview TX: I want to comment on the employees at the Buckle in Longview. I shop this store at least once every two weeks and make a purchase probably three times a month. I always have a great experience at this store and the employees provide wonderful customer service. It's the perfect combination of being helpful without hovering! Even when they hire new people, I always receive the same great service. I come back to the Buckle because of the great selection of clothes; but mainly because of the wonderful service! Thank you!

Lafayette IN: Last night, after consulting your website and comparing it with my daughter's Wish List, I discovered that 18 items she'd marked were now either unavailable or out–of–stock on the website. Consequently, my husband and I immediately trekked over to our local Buckle at Tippecanoe Mall and started looking for items on her Wish List. We found a shirt in the appropriate size on a mannequin and promptly grabbed it. Between my daughter and my son, we probably spent $700 in your store last night.
I can't tell you how much I appreciate your website. It really helps to give me an idea what's in style for my daughter's age group plus the Wish List is a lifesaver. We don't have to agonize over what she might like or not like. We just take the list in and the sales clerks locate the items. Whoever does your website does a tremendous job. I don't know if your company hands out awards or anything to outstanding associates but I wanted to bring to your attention our sales clerk from last night, Brooke. She patiently pulled items off of our daughter's list and suggested other items that might compliment them. Brooke gave us her undivided attention and offered to wrap all of our purchases. The Florence Buckle did not have the jeans I wanted; but April offered to bring the merchandise in for me. Because of April's help, I will now be buying jeans that fit me!" Nice job, April.
Jacksonville FL: Just wanted to compliment the staff at the Buckle in St. John's Center. I live in Georgia, but have a home in Florida and love to shop this location whenever I am in town. The staff is consistently helpful and the store is always organized and easy to shop. I have shopped in several different locations in several states and this one is my favorite! It is great to find a consistently positive shopping experience in the retail world of vanishing customer service. The store manager of this location should be commended for fostering this kind of great service in his store!

Longview TX: I was in your Longview store today. I am in a wheelchair for a few months because of a broken heel. I was so aggravated at some of the stores I went in, as I could not get through many of the rows. But my experience in the Buckle was awesome. I was greeted by a young lady who pulled things out for me to look at. And when there was a rack in the way, she moved it so I could get through. Jonesboro AR: My daughter and I went shopping for winter clothing at the Turtle Creek Mall in Jonesboro. Roseville MN: I Taylor in the Roseville store did a great job. This was my first visit to a Buckle – didn't even know you existed until a friend let me in on the secret. I have a 36" inseam and have NEVER been able to walk into a store and find pants long enough. Taylor asked me what I liked in a jean, found my style and kept them coming for me to try on with an explanation of how they should fit. Meantime, she was helping other customers. My husband was impressed with her customer service. He said he has never seen anyone "on the ball" like she was. We are also business owners, so customer service is a big deal to us. A big thank you to Taylor for making my birthday special!
Omaha NE: The staff at the Buckle in Westroads Mall is awesome, especially Brittany. She greeted me right away, helped me find cute jeans in my size and brought at least six more pairs after I had gone in the dressing room. She was very patient and I think I've found my new favorite pair of jeans. Your jeans are expensive; but totally worth it for how long they last, the free hemming if needed and the awesome service. Littleton CO: I am typing this as my fiancé is shopping for her jeans. Sales person Emily is so amazingly helpful that I am in disbelief. My fiancé has always had trouble finding jeans she likes. As soon as we walked in, Emily immediately offered her assistance in a personal denim fitting. From that point, our visit only got better! My fiancé ended up finding four different jeans that she loves. And better yet, a store where we can always find great service and product. Indianapolis IN: Jesse greeted me as soon as I came into the store. I am a really picky person when it comes to buying new jeans – they never fit right. Jesse went through and explained the different styles of jeans and picked out a few different pairs for me to try on. I was unsure of my size and just by looking at me he picked out the correct size and length for my new jeans. As I tried on the different styles of jeans Jesse asked what I did not like in order to find a pair that would better fit my liking. He was very patient with me. Brookfield WI: I came in today to return a pair of jeans and a young lady by the name of Sarah helped me. Sarah did an awesome job – brought me countless pairs of jeans, all which fit great. Cedar Falls IA: I had a great experience shopping at the Cedar Falls Buckle yesterday. I was greeted almost immediately by a friendly associate. I explained what I was looking for and she went right to work. The associate explained how styles would fit. I was taken to a fitting room with a small mountain of jeans and she introduced herself. Kelli said she was going to be there to help me find what I was looking for.
Kelli checked back on me, got different sizes, gave me her opinion and told me about the services the Buckle offers. I was surprised to hear about free alterations and that I could even set up an appointment for future shopping.
I purchased two pairs of jeans and a sweater and I will definitely be back. Kelli took the time to build a positive experience and a return client. I will not purchase jeans anywhere else and will tell others to shop for their denim at the Buckle.
Murfreesboro TN: Shelby was wonderful. She helped us actually stay in the store. I was looking for Lucky Brand jeans and didn't see what I was looking for. I was almost out the door when Shelby asked what I was looking for and suggested a BKE jean that was similar. We ended up working with Shelby for at least an hour and purchased four pairs of jeans. I am probably not the typical age group your store is focused on. However, every time I go into the Buckle, I am treated with the most wonderful customer service. The customer service far exceeds other retail stores and the employees take a real interest in making their customers look and feel their best. Alexandria LA: I have never shopped at the Buckle before and a friend suggested I go there to get an outfit for an upcoming special occasion. As a mother of five, my first thought was the Buckle was not a store for me. Much to my surprise I was greeted within seconds by a sweet girl named Lauren who immediately made me feel comfortable. I was very reluctant as she began pulling all types of jeans off these stacks and she was throwing tops and laying pieces and scarves together. It was almost as if Lauren was my fairy godmother – she waved her wand and poof, I was dressed in clothes that were cute, age appropriate and my husband loved them! Birmingham AL: I would just like to say that I have frequented your stores in Destin, Birmingham, Trussville and others and commend every one of them for providing a very courteous and helpful staff. One store in particular is the Riverchase Galleria. I have been a shopper there since the store opened many years ago.
Chase, the manager, has completely impressed me. Not only by his demeanor and work ethic; but also by the way that he has trained his staff. When you enter the Riverchase store, you are not pressured, you are helped and guided. That means the world to me. Chase has hired people that really want to be there and employees who believe in the product – and that creates success. What makes me come in and spend nearly $500 every time I visit is the Buckle's service and attention to detail. While I commend the staff, it is obvious Chase and other management staff's hard work and determination create the positive environment.
Mays Landing NJ: A New Jersey guest called the Support Center to compliment Tim and Rob at the Mays Landing Buckle location. "They were friendly and very helpful. I had a fun time shopping. Please pass on my thanks."
Springfield IL: We shopped at the store in White Oaks Mall looking for some jeans. Lizzy approached us and immediately started helping find sizes and fits. She was very friendly and helpful. Being unsure of paying the price point of the jeans we decided on, her customer service is what sealed the deal. We then decided to buy a pair of boots as well. Lizzy was a wonderful help and we will visit the store again because of her. Very pleasant sales associate. Thank you!
Reno NV: Jeff helped me out at the Meadowood Mall in Reno today and it was the best customer service I have ever received in a retail store. Pleasanton CA: What a wonderful shopping experience my sister and I had in your Stoneridge Mall store. We had been on your website; but had never been in the store before. San Antonio Texas: Chris at the North Star Buckle location that is so helpful! I have a 13–year–old son who is very hard to fit; but Chris always remembers his name when we come in and takes the time to personally help us. Shopping at the Buckle is a pleasant experience. All sales associates helpful; but Chris is especially good at what he does and makes this mother of a teenager feel cool! Whatever your training philosophy is keep up the good work. The Buckle definitely sets itself apart from the other stores!

Louisville KY: Today was our first visit to a Buckle store. My son will be a freshman in high school this year and we were looking for something a little different. Upon entering the store in Mall St. Matthews we were warmly greeted by Chris. He asked what my son was looking for and proceeded to help my son pick out many great items. I loved the fact that Chris asked my son his name and made him the center of attention rather than speaking to my son through me. In the fourteen years I have been buying my son's clothing Chris provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. Murray UT: I have never shopped a Buckle before. I took my 12–year–old daughter to do some school shopping on Tuesday and loved your Fashion Place Buckle store. Your products are great and you have many choices; but the thing that I was impressed with the most was your staff! They were amazing! Alex was so wonderful – we received the best service with the best attitude that I have ever had – hands down. She even stayed an hour after her shift to finish helping me and my very picky preteen. Wilmington NC: A guest called the Support Center to compliment the manager at the Independence Mall Buckle location. He and his wife enjoyed their recent shopping trip to the Buckle. "My wife and I had so much fun because of their help. I came out of the dressing room with the outfits they selected. We ended up purchasing more than $500 in clothing. After we returned home I regretted not purchasing one of the jeans I tried on. I called the store and they set aside the jean for me. I will pick them up tomorrow." Well done – Wilmington Buckle!
Zona Rosa MO: I have shopped at Buckle stores for years; however – this experience was tops. Even though I only planned to pick up one shir Drake identified my style showed me items and set up a dressing room. I shopped for almost 45 minutes. It was like having my own personal shopping assistant. Thank you.
Fayetteville NC: I went to the Buckle store in Fayetteville on Tuesday because I saw a sweater; but I ended up buying two sweaters and two pairs of jeans. The sales girls were super helpful and friendly. They smiled the whole time and genuinely seemed happy to be working and helping me. They filled out a card with the jeans I'd tried on and liked. When I noticed that you sell XXL jeans I mentioned that I have a tall friend who is married to an even taller guy. Both have difficulty finding jeans long enough. The sales girls filled out cards listing jeans styles that might work for them. I passed the card along and my friends went to the Buckle a couple days later and each bought two pairs of jeans. I want you to know how much it meant to be treated so well while shopping in your store! Thank you!
Beaumont TX: I'm a mother shopping with my two college students. We visited your Beaumont Buckle store twice over the tax–free weekend. Each time the personnel went out of their way to help us. Marco helped my son and Sarah helped my daughter select a variety of jeans and shirts that were perfect for them! We always love to shop at Buckle and plan on shopping there next week for fall jackets!
Reno NV: We were greeted promptly by Mikala who helped my daughter find extra long jeans. This was our second visit and I was impressed that Mikala remembered us from our first visit to the store. Arlington TX: Often – when I (a grandmother) visit youth–oriented shops I'm treated with condescension by employees. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the young man who helped me today. His courtesy and eagerness to help me find the items on the Buckle Wish List I had in hand were very gratifying. He is to be commended. I hope my grandson will keep his Wish List going because I will be happy to return to the Buckle to shop for him!
Dayton OH: Just want to comment on how amazing our shopping experience was at your Dayton Mall location last night. Ian was awesome during our entire one and a half hour shopping process. He understood our needs and made amazing suggestions that we would not have seen unless it was for him. My wife and I wanted to shop and get some great items; but with Ian's help and patience our experience was truly memorable. We were at your store until close and Ian not one time acted in a hurry or tried to rush us. We have always been helped out promptly at your stores; but last night was an amazing experience. We went in to buy my daughter a couple of jeans and wound up buying four and placing four more on layaway. Lombard IL: My daughter and I had never been to a Buckle store before. The store was recommended to us by a friend. Jeans for my daughter are always difficult to find as she is tall and very thin. Salesperson Ashley was very helpful and told us how different jeans fit and how you can alter them. Ashley selected a few, since my daughter had never tried any of the brands you sell. We found quite a few that fit her well and we will definitely come back to do back–to–school shopping next month. We only bought a shirt this visit; but Ashley filled out a fit card so we will remember what jeans are the best fits for my daughter. I wish all stores did that!

I have NEVER paid this much for a pair of jeans; but this pair fits like nothing before and is attracting tons of comments and questions from friends as to where I got them. Elena's service and comments about personal shopping thrilled me, and my husband said I could buy as many jeans as I wanted! Elena followed up by sending me a post card telling me she had fun helping me, remembered the event I was dressing for and stated she hoped I had fun – very personal, great follow–up and she will receive more of my business! Buford GA: My date needed to stop by the cell phone kiosk, which happened to be near your store, so I stopped in. I am tall and large, so it's tough to find cool jeans that fit. Justin was so much more than helpful – he brought out many styles. I have no buyer's remorse and will return to the Buckle for more jeans shopping. It was a pleasure shopping your store.
San Antonio TX: Your company has an awesome team at the Ingram Park Mall Buckle. Rene has the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. She has me hooked on shopping at Buckle – me, a 43–year–old mother, who loves style. I take my teens shopping here all the time. Palm Desert CA: Christina at the Palm Desert store is fashionable, knowledgeable and professional! She and Laura set me up in the dressing room with jeans of various styles and cuts in hopes of finding me the perfect fitting jean – and it worked! The service I receive each time I visit this Buckle store is wonderful. Employees like Christina and Laura will keep me shopping at the Buckle.
Goodlettsville TN: Jason and Holly assisted me yesterday and today with my selections. They brought so many great items to the dressing room that I barely shopped myself; but ended up buying almost everything they picked out. Wonderful sales associates!
Maumee OH: Upon entering the Buckle store at Fallen Timbers for the first time, I was greeted by Emily. She asked if I was shopping for anything specific, and I told her I was looking for senior picture outfits. Emily took it from there. She found several outfits for me to try on and was a big help the entire time. Because of Emily's help, my senior pictures will look great!
King of Prussia PA: My mother and I went into the King of Prussia Buckle store looking around for a shirt, or two. We were greeted by Justine. She seemed very interested in what suited me the best. Lynnwood WA: I would like to compliment Molly at the Alderwood Mall Buckle! I came in to purchase one pair of jeans for my 50th birthday celebration. I ended up purchasing four items and couldn't be more pleased. Molly was very encouraging and got me to try on several things. When she brought me something I was reluctant to try on, she encouraged me to give it a try. My shopping experience with Molly was the best retail experience I've had in a few years. Hurst TX: This is the third or fourth time we've bought jeans at this store. We are always greeted when we arrive. The sales people ask my daughters' size, open a fitting room and begin bringing jeans for her to try on. Mallory was our sales person this visit and she couldn't have been any friendlier or more knowledgeable about your products. Every time we've been in the store, it's an excellent experience. Oklahoma City OK: I want to share what a wonderful shopping experience I had at the Penn Square Buckle store! My friend told me how wonderful the new Buckle jeans were, so I went on a quest to find a cute, stylish pair for myself. I ended up purchasing a pair of fashion jeans and love them! Brittany was so helpful, and even helped me find some cute tops to go with my jeans. I ended up spending more than $200 that evening. I will be back to shop at this store. Great customer service, friendly and upbeat atmosphere!
