ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Rhode Island), who are 13 years of age or older as of April 27, 2009. Employees of The Buckle, Inc. ("Buckle"), Billabong, Correct Craft, Inc. (Air Nautique), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, any individuals involved in web activities in connection with this promotion, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each (collectively "Promotion Entities"), are not eligible. All U.S. federal, state and local laws apply.

TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: Online: Visit www.buckle.com/sweepstakes from 12:00 PM noon (CDT) on 4/27/09 through 12:00 PM noon (CDT) on 5/27/09 and follow the on–screen directions to enter the sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person, per day. If more than one entry is received on the same day from the same person, only the first such entry will be eligible. Via Mail: On a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, hand–print your complete name, address, email address, phone number, and date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy). Entries must be postmarked by 5/27/09 and mailed in a business–size (#10) envelope to: Wake Up Summer Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1480, Kearney, NE 68848–1480. Limit one entry per outer envelope. P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 6/12/09 from among all eligible entries received by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Potential winners will be notified by email, mail and/or phone. Limit one prize per person.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:

One (1) Grand Prize: Winner may choose to receive The Super Air Nautique 220 Billabong Team Edition wakeboard boat (Approximate Retail Value of $65,000) or, in the alternative, to receive $10,000 cash and no other additional compensation. If winner elects to receive the wakeboard boat as the grand prize, winner must make arrangements to pick up the boat and will be responsible for any costs incurred with transporting it. Regardless of the winner's Grand Prize election, both prize options are non–transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsors' sole discretion.

One (1) First Prize: A pair of VIP passes to the Wakestock event in Canada, August 2009, a check in the amount of $2,000 toward travel expenses, and a $250 Buckle gift card. In the event Wakestock is cancelled, the VIP pass portion of the first–prize package will not be awarded and the remaining portion of the first prize will constitute the full prize. If a minor is selected as the first–prize winner, the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian (ARV $2,375 ea.).

One (1) Second Prize: A $500 Buckle gift card valid on Billabong merchandise.

Total approximate value of all prizes: $67,875 (if boat is awarded as the grand prize)

Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize.

GENERAL RULES: All U.S. federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Potential grand and first–prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and W–9 Form within 10 days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/offer notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner will be selected. If a minor wins a grand or first prize, the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. Winner/offer recipient may make no substitution or transfer of prize/offer. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize/offer of equal or greater value.

Sponsors disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information connected with this sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes portion of the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud beyond control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes portion of the promotion. In such event, prizes will be awarded in a drawing from among all eligible online entries received prior to such termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address). A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. In the case of a legal minor, the potential winner's parent or legal guardian may be the authorized account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

Acceptance of prize/offer constitutes permission to the Sponsors and their agencies to use winners/offer recipient's names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
