AFFLICTION TRILOGY SWEEPSTAKES

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding residents of Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, who as of 7/13/09, are 13 years of age or older. Employees of The Buckle, Inc. ("Buckle") and Affliction LLC ("Affliction"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and inherent agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such family members are not eligible. All U.S. federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES HAVE THE SAME CHANCE OF WINNING. BY SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFICIAL RULES.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00 p.m. noon (CDT) on 7/13/09 through 12:00 p.m. noon (CDT) on 8/3/09, you may access the Affliction Trilogy ("Sweepstakes") by visiting buckle.com/trilogy. Complete all required information to register and you will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. P.O. Boxes are not accepted. Limit one entry per person ("Entrant") per day. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the allowable number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods will result in disqualification. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be verified.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 8/31/09 from among all eligible entries received by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Potential winners will be notified by email, mail and/or phone.

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:

(2) Grand Prizes: A pair of VIP tickets to a future Affliction–sponsored MMA fight, a check in the amount of $2,500 toward travel expenses, and a $500 Buckle gift card. In the event that an Affliction–sponsored MMA fight is not scheduled on or before 12/31/09, the VIP ticket portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and the remaining portion of the Grand Prize will constitute the full prize. If a minor is selected as the grand prize winner, the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian (ARV $5,000 ea.).

(40) First Prize Winners: A $100 Buckle gift card.

(50) Second Prize Winners: A $50 Buckle gift card.

(100) Third Prize Winners: A $25 Buckle gift card.

Total approximate value of all prizes: $19,000.

Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Sponsor may substitute prizes at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one prize per person.

GENERAL RULES:
All U.S. federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Potential grand prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and W–9 Form within ten (10) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner will be selected. If a minor wins a grand prize, the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing, or downloading information connected with this sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud beyond control of the sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. In such event, prizes will be awarded in a drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user's internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address).

A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. In the case of a legal minor, the potential winner's parent or legal guardian may be the authorized account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. By accepting a prize, winners agree to hold the Sponsor and Administrator, Prize Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and inherent agencies harmless against any and all claims and liability resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or by use or redemption of any prize.
