Finding Products
We've provided 3 tools to shop merchandise or find information at Buckle.com.
Navigation:
The first way is to use the site navigation. At the top of every page on Buckle.com, you'll see departments listed, men, women, jeans and sale. By clicking on the main department at the top of the page, you'll be brought to a page with new navigation options, featured products and more. We've added a new refining tool to allow you to refine your selection by gender, brand, size, color, etc. through the navigation bar on the left of the screen.
Search:
The other way to find your favorite styles or Buckle information quickly is by using the "search" box located at the top right of every page on Buckle.com. Type in as much information as you would like about the merchandise, like name, brand, etc. and click "search". You'll be taken to a results page that will allow you to further refine your search or sort your results.
Sort Results:
You can also resort your search results. To use this feature once you have made a search click "View More" at the top of your results page, then locate the "Sort By" menu and select your criteria including sort by price, product, new arrivals or brand.

Order Online
Ordering on Buckle.com is simple and easy. We've organized all of the steps into a few clear and secure pages, so that the whole process will be smooth and hassle–free. Buckle accepts the following for online orders: Buckle Credit Card, Buckle Gift Card, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
Order By Mail
To place an order by mail, please continue through to the billing step of checkout. On the billing screen, you will have the option to view a printable version of your order complete with spaces for billing and shipping information. Buckle accepts the following for mail–in orders: Buckle Credit Card, Buckle Gift Card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Buckle "Primo" frequent shopper card, Buckle Card B–Rewards Certificates, and Money order.
- Merchandise Availability
Due to the nature of mail–in orders, we are not able to guarantee inventory until both the order and payment are received and processed. If you choose instead to place this order online, close the print window and continue through the online checkout process. If an item is not available after you place your order, we will contact you.
Order By Phone
To place an order by phone, please call Guest Services at 800–522–8090 Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm CT, or Saturday and Sunday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CT. Buckle accepts the following for phone orders: Buckle Credit Card, Buckle Gift Card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Any guest wishing to purchase an item in quantities greater than what's offered online should contact Guest Services at 800–522–8090 Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm CT.

Accepted Forms of Payment
Buckle accepts the following for online orders: Buckle Credit Card, Buckle Gift Card, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Buckle also accepts the Primo Frequent Shopper Card, Buckle Card B–Rewards Certificates and Money order with mail–in orders.
When is my credit card billed?
Your credit card will be billed at the time of shipment. We will follow up via email confirming that your order has been shipped.
The security code is an important Internet security feature that appears on the back of most Visa and MasterCards, and on the front of American Express cards. This code is a three or four–digit number which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. The security code helps validate that the customer placing the online order actually has the credit card in his/her possession, and that the credit/debit card account is legitimate.
- Visa & MasterCard
Flip your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16–digit credit card number (or just the last four digits) followed by a special 3–digit code. This 3–digit code is your Card Security Code. - American Express
Look for the 4–digit code printed on the front of your card just above and to the right of your main credit card number. This 4–digit code is your Card Security Code. If looking at an American Express Optima Card, look for the 4–digit code printed on the front of your card just above your main credit card number. This 4–digit code is your Card Security Code. - Discover Card
The security code is the 3–digit code that comes after your credit card number on the back of your card.
How to Redeem Your Frequent Shopper "Primo" Card
The Buckle Primo Cards are redeemable online through a mail–in order. To provide a completed mail–in order form, please continue through the payment process. On the payment options, at the bottom of the page, you will see a button "Print for Mail Order" click here. The page displayed provides step by step instructions on how to place your order by mail. Please verify your shipping and billing information then click on the button "Print Invoice" which will produce a printable version of your order with billing and shipping information. You will need to complete the payment method on the invoice and mail your invoice and payment, along with your punched Primo Card(s) to:

Buckle Gift Card
Present your gift card as payment for merchandise at any Buckle location or online. Purchases will be deducted from your gift card until the balance reaches zero. You may also add value to this gift card at your local Buckle store. The Buckle is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Depending upon what details are known regarding the purchase of the card, The Buckle will make every effort to assist a guest in the event a gift card is misplaced. Cancel or Modify an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call 800–522–8090 as soon as possible or email online.orders@buckle.com. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.
Missing/Damaged Merchandise
We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please call Guest Services at 800–522–8090. We will try to assist you as quickly as possible.
Sales Tax
State and local tax laws regulate when sales tax must be collected and the rates at which to collect. The Buckle, Inc. will collect the appropriate amount of sales tax on all sales where applicable. Tax listed at checkout is estimated.
- Buckle Credit Card Promotion:
If you've been approved for the Buckle Credit Card, you qualify for 10% off your first Buckle purchase using your new credit card. The discount applies to store purchases only.
Buckle "Primo" Frequent Shopper Card
The Buckle frequent shopper card is provided for purchases made online and in all Buckle retail store locations. You will earn one punch for each $10 spent on merchandise (excluding tax and shipping cost). When your card is fully punched, you may redeem it to save $10 off a future purchase. Redeem your fully punched card in any one of over 400 Buckle retail stores or through a mail–in order placed with buckle.com.
With every online order, we will gladly punch a frequent shopper Primo Card and include it with your purchase. If you have multiple partially punched cards that total 30 punches or more, you may take them to your local Buckle store or send them with your mail–in order or in a separate mailing to our corporate office as described in the section below and we will combine the punches onto one card. If you are redeeming multiple partial cards with your purchase and there are remaining punches, we will add them to your new card along with any additional punches earned for that purchase. The newly punched Primo Card will be included with your purchase.
If you choose to return your purchase, we will remove the appropriate number of Primo card punches and issue you a new card.

- Buckle Primo Card frequent shopper participants will receive one punch on their Primo Card for every $10 purchase, including gift certificate purchases. For example, on a purchase totaling from $10.00 to $19.99, the participant will receive one punch on their card; from $20.00 to $29.99, two punches, etc.
- Tax and shipping costs associated with online purchases do not qualify to earn Primo Points.
- Each completed Primo Card enables a Guest to receive $10 off their next Buckle purchase during a subsequent visit to a Buckle retail store or online at buckle.com.
- Gift certificates qualify for Primo punches at the time of purchase but not at the time of redemption. The value of gift certificates being redeemed will be subtracted from the total of the purchase when calculating the number of punches received.
- Initial layaway deposits and any payments on layaways are not applied toward the program until the final payment is made, at which time the entire layaway amount will be credited on the purchaser's Primo Card.
- Completed Primo Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or gift certificates.
- Returned merchandise will be deducted from the program.
- Primo Cards remain the property of The Buckle, Inc.
- Primo Cards are non–transferable and will be voided if forged, altered or mechanically reproduced.
- Primo Cards may be redeemed only by the owner of the card. The Buckle, Inc. reserves the right to require positive identification as a condition for redemption, and qualification of the punches by identification of the purchase history if deemed appropriate.
- The Buckle, Inc. will retain all redeemed Primo Cards.
- Employees of The Buckle, Inc. are not eligible to participate in the frequent shopper program.
- The Buckle, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
- There is no expiration date associated with the Primo Card as long as the program exists.
- The Buckle, Inc. reserves the right to revise these rules if necessary or to cancel this frequent shopper program by notice appropriately displayed at participating stores and online at buckle.com.
