Dublin OH: I went to the Crocker Park Buckle with 14–year–old grandson. Jackie was extremely helpful asking questions about what he liked and brands he wears. She found him numerous items to try and gave good suggestions; including free hemming. Overall – we had a very good experience. Jackie also gave me a fit card with the brands and sizes he wears. I love that idea!
Pleasanton CA: What a wonderful shopping experience my sister and I had in your Stoneridge Mall store. We had been on your website; but had never been in the store before. We went in to look around and my sister ended up buying three pairs of jeans! One pair at the store and the staff special ordered two other pairs. The young man and woman helping us were so pleasant and knowledgeable. They made shopping in your store a pleasure. More stores should have your level of customer service. Colorado Springs CO: I recently went shopping at the Citadel Buckle store and Holli was excellent. I was on the phone with my husband who is deployed overseas at the time I walked in the store. Holli greeted me with a pair of jeans in hand. After that she stepped back and politely waited for me to finish my phone conversation. Tulsa OK: Thank you to Alex at the Woodland Hills Buckle in Tulsa. I came in on a Sunday afternoon during the tax–free weekend when things were crazy in the store. I have never had better help from an employee. I am a former teammate from an Indiana Buckle and I know how high the Buckle's customer service expectations are. Alex helped my mother and I search for a pair of jeans for about 45 minutes and we did find what we were looking for. Thanks!
San Antonio Texas: Chris at the North Star Buckle location that is so helpful! I have a 13–year–old son who is very hard to fit; but Chris always remembers his name when we come in and takes the time to personally help us. Shopping at the Buckle is a pleasant experience. All sales associates helpful; but Chris is especially good at what he does and makes this mother of a teenager feel cool! Whatever your training philosophy is keep up the good work. The Buckle definitely sets itself apart from the other stores!

Lewisville TX: A Texas guest called to pass on some "atta boys" to Carlos and Keith at the Vista Ridge Mall Buckle. "My girlfriend and I came into the store because some brads came off my girlfriend's jeans. They couldn't find the exact replacement studs; but they are working on it. Whitehall PA: I am very pleased with the Buckle store in the Lehigh Valley Mall. Aaron greeted me and helped me select some great jeans and a jacket. He told me he goes to college in Texas and I replied that I am going to Texas to watch an NFL football game. Aaron had suggestions of things to see on my trip. I give him a 5 stars and I'll definitely come back to the Buckle to shop again.
Manhattan KS: A guest called the Support Center to compliment the Buckle store at the Manhattan Town Center. "They are so nice at that store; took time with us and even modeled the purses. I can go to any department store and not get that kind of service. We had so much fun!" The guest lives in Alabama – so we told her there is a Buckle store in her home town. "I haven't been to that mall in years. I'll stop in now because the Buckle has so many cute purses!" Nice job – Manhattan Buckle team!
Longview TX: I love the Buckle store in Longview. The people are always very nice and welcoming. Kelly helps me every time I come in. She seems to always know what sizes I need and is very helpful. Keep up the great work!
San Antonio TX: As a frequent shopper at Buckle I appreciate an attentive associate. The Buckle opened a new store in San Antonio's North Star Mall where we were treated very well. The staff was awesome! They joked with my daughter and showed her some shirts. Cinthya was really helpful. We will return to the North Star Buckle because she was so polite to my family and me. That really means a lot! Thank you to the North Star Buckle and Cinthya for making us feel welcome and comfortable.
Louisville KY: Today was our first visit to a Buckle store. My son will be a freshman in high school this year and we were looking for something a little different. Upon entering the store in Mall St. Matthews we were warmly greeted by Chris. He asked what my son was looking for and proceeded to help my son pick out many great items. I loved the fact that Chris asked my son his name and made him the center of attention rather than speaking to my son through me. In the fourteen years I have been buying my son's clothing Chris provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He also told us about the alteration service that the Buckle offers which is fantastic! Chris was knowledgeable and funny. Impressive! Not only that; but we found many great items.

Murray UT: I have never shopped a Buckle before. I took my 12–year–old daughter to do some school shopping on Tuesday and loved your Fashion Place Buckle store. Wilmington NC: A guest called the Support Center to compliment the manager at the Independence Mall Buckle location. He and his wife enjoyed their recent shopping trip to the Buckle. "My wife and I had so much fun because of their help. I came out of the dressing room with the outfits they selected. We ended up purchasing more than $500 in clothing. After we returned home I regretted not purchasing one of the jeans I tried on. I called the store and they set aside the jean for me. I will pick them up tomorrow." Well done – Wilmington Buckle!
Zona Rosa MO: I have shopped at Buckle stores for years; however – this experience was tops. Even though I only planned to pick up one shir Drake identified my style showed me items and set up a dressing room. I shopped for almost 45 minutes. Fayetteville NC: I went to the Buckle store in Fayetteville on Tuesday because I saw a sweater; but I ended up buying two sweaters and two pairs of jeans. The sales girls were super helpful and friendly. They smiled the whole time and genuinely seemed happy to be working and helping me. They filled out a card with the jeans I'd tried on and liked. When I noticed that you sell XXL jeans I mentioned that I have a tall friend who is married to an even taller guy. Both have difficulty finding jeans long enough. The sales girls filled out cards listing jeans styles that might work for them. I passed the card along and my friends went to the Buckle a couple days later and each bought two pairs of jeans. I want you to know how much it meant to be treated so well while shopping in your store! Thank you!
Beaumont TX: I'm a mother shopping with my two college students. We visited your Beaumont Buckle store twice over the tax–free weekend. Each time the personnel went out of their way to help us. Marco helped my son and Sarah helped my daughter select a variety of jeans and shirts that were perfect for them! We always love to shop at Buckle and plan on shopping there next week for fall jackets!
Reno NV: We were greeted promptly by Mikala who helped my daughter find extra long jeans. This was our second visit and I was impressed that Mikala remembered us from our first visit to the store. Arlington TX: Often – when I (a grandmother) visit youth–oriented shops I'm treated with condescension by employees. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the young man who helped me today. His courtesy and eagerness to help me find the items on the Buckle Wish List I had in hand were very gratifying. He is to be commended. I hope my grandson will keep his Wish List going because I will be happy to return to the Buckle to shop for him!
Dayton OH: Just want to comment on how amazing our shopping experience was at your Dayton Mall location last night. Ian was awesome during our entire one and a half hour shopping process. He understood our needs and made amazing suggestions that we would not have seen unless it was for him. My wife and I wanted to shop and get some great items; but with Ian's help and patience our experience was truly memorable. Lombard IL: My daughter and I had never been to a Buckle store before. The store was recommended to us by a friend. Jeans for my daughter are always difficult to find as she is tall and very thin. Salesperson Ashley was very helpful and told us how different jeans fit and how you can alter them. Ashley selected a few, since my daughter had never tried any of the brands you sell. We found quite a few that fit her well and we will definitely come back to do back–to–school shopping next month. We only bought a shirt this visit; but Ashley filled out a fit card so we will remember what jeans are the best fits for my daughter. I wish all stores did that!

I have NEVER paid this much for a pair of jeans; but this pair fits like nothing before and is attracting tons of comments and questions from friends as to where I got them. Elena's service and comments about personal shopping thrilled me, and my husband said I could buy as many jeans as I wanted! Elena followed up by sending me a post card telling me she had fun helping me, remembered the event I was dressing for and stated she hoped I had fun – very personal, great follow–up and she will receive more of my business! Buford GA: My date needed to stop by the cell phone kiosk, which happened to be near your store, so I stopped in. I am tall and large, so it's tough to find cool jeans that fit. Justin was so much more than helpful – he brought out many styles. I have no buyer's remorse and will return to the Buckle for more jeans shopping. It was a pleasure shopping your store.
San Antonio TX: Your company has an awesome team at the Ingram Park Mall Buckle. Rene has the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. She has me hooked on shopping at Buckle – me, a 43–year–old mother, who loves style. I take my teens shopping here all the time. We have shopped for all special occasions at Buckle – including my son's prom – because of the wonderful service. She and Laura set me up in the dressing room with jeans of various styles and cuts in hopes of finding me the perfect fitting jean – and it worked! The service I receive each time I visit this Buckle store is wonderful. Employees like Christina and Laura will keep me shopping at the Buckle.
Goodlettsville TN: Jason and Holly assisted me yesterday and today with my selections. They brought so many great items to the dressing room that I barely shopped myself; but ended up buying almost everything they picked out. Wonderful sales associates!
Maumee OH: Upon entering the Buckle store at Fallen Timbers for the first time, I was greeted by Emily. She asked if I was shopping for anything specific, and I told her I was looking for senior picture outfits. Emily took it from there. She found several outfits for me to try on and was a big help the entire time. Because of Emily's help, my senior pictures will look great!
King of Prussia PA: My mother and I went into the King of Prussia Buckle store looking around for a shirt, or two. We were greeted by Justine. She seemed very interested in what suited me the best. Lynnwood WA: I would like to compliment Molly at the Alderwood Mall Buckle! I came in to purchase one pair of jeans for my 50th birthday celebration. I ended up purchasing four items and couldn't be more pleased. Molly was very encouraging and got me to try on several things. When she brought me something I was reluctant to try on, she encouraged me to give it a try. My shopping experience with Molly was the best retail experience I've had in a few years. Bloomington IN: I recently became a Buckle shareholder. I did not think, as a 76–year–old, I would buy anything; just stopped in to see the store. However, manager Lindsey and Heather got me into a pair of khakis and a shirt. My wife and I love it! Jared, manager of your Greenwood Buckle, urged me to fill out this comment card.
Hurst TX: This is the third or fourth time we've bought jeans at this store. We are always greeted when we arrive. The sales people ask my daughters' size, open a fitting room and begin bringing jeans for her to try on. Mallory was our sales person this visit and she couldn't have been any friendlier or more knowledgeable about your products. Every time we've been in the store, it's an excellent experience. Keep up the good work on training your employees.

Oklahoma City OK: I want to share what a wonderful shopping experience I had at the Penn Square Buckle store! My friend told me how wonderful the new Buckle jeans were, so I went on a quest to find a cute, stylish pair for myself. I ended up purchasing a pair of fashion jeans and love them! Brittany was so helpful, and even helped me find some cute tops to go with my jeans. I ended up spending more than $200 that evening. I will be back to shop at this store. Great customer service, friendly and upbeat atmosphere!

Silverdale WA: I am writing to commend Laraa at the Kitsap Mall Buckle for her outstanding service. I was attempting to shop with my two little ones in tow. Their behavior was not the best that day and I was getting increasingly frustrated. Laraa took the time to give attention to them while assisting me find a pair of jeans. She talked to them, entertained them, and then rewarded their improved behavior with stickers at the end. I would not have been able to continue my shopping without Laraa's help. Westlake OH: The staff at Buckle is second to none. I have never had a more pleasant shopping experience, and I'm still completely blown away by the quality of service I received at this location.
When a button–up at the entrance of Buckle caught my eye, I had no idea what I was in for. An associate named Laura greeted me, and kindly pointed me in the direction of some shirts similar to the style I was looking at. Next thing I know, Laura is my personal shopping assistant. I have never had a sales associate be more happy to help me find what I was looking for. She did everything! Laura found every style of 32L straight leg jeans for me, and even grabbed some nice shoes for me to check out. I walked in to look at a shirt, and walked out with four shirts, four pairs of jeans, and three pairs of shoes.
To my surprise, the rest of the staff was just as nice, friendly and helpful as Laura. I told them what I like, and they helped me find it!
Panama City FL: I want to say thank you to Mari who works at the Panama City Buckle store. I had ordered clothing online; but didn't receive it for an unknown reason. I needed the clothing for the weekend – in less than 24 hours. I stopped by the Panama City Mall Buckle and Mari was awesome with selecting my clothes quickly. Many kudos to her!
Florence KY: I had a great shopping experience at your Florence Buckle. I'm a 40–something guy who felt somewhat uncomfortable shopping; but I wanted a nice pair of jeans to celebrate 20 pounds of weight loss! My wife an I decided to stop into the Buckle store. Not sure of what to expect, we were pleasantly impressed with the customer service we both received. Everyone in the store was more than helpful and accommodating, especially Nikki. She suggested all kinds of jean and shirt combinations that were very stylish. $350 dollars later, I walked out of the store a happy man – with the new clothes I had purchased and the knowledge that customer service is not dead – it lives at the Buckle! Nikki and the staff at the Florence Buckle store should be commended for their great customer service!

Tallahassee FL: Just want to give a shout out on the great manager at the Governor's Square Buckle. She has twice gone above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. Silverdale WA: I visited the Kitsap Mall Buckle store to return a pair of jeans I had ordered online. The jeans were the wrong size. I was helped by Sarah and it was the best service I have ever had at a retail store. Sarah asked my size and how I liked my jeans to fit. I didn't know, because I really wasn't sure what I was looking for. Sarah offered to select some jeans for me to try on. She brought me several pairs of jeans in the perfect size and fit. I didn't even have to leave the dressing room. I will defiantly return to the Buckle because of how helpful Sarah was. Thank you so much!
Plano TX: Shopping for jeans is usually very difficult. The staff at the Plano Buckle store was helpful and made the whole experience so pleasant that I ended up purchasing several pairs.
Canoga Park CA: I have 10 years of retail experience with MNP, and this is the first time I have wanted to commend a sales associate. On my recent trip to the Westfield Topanga Buckle store I was greeted by John. He made me feel instantly welcome and at home. I had been to several other retailers (ABC, DEF, GHI, etc.) and never felt so welcome.
I recently decided to update my wardrobe and shared that with John. He took the time to listen to me and understand what it is I was looking for. He presented me with many great options, of which I ended up purchasing quite a few. I purchased denim, which I had no intention of even trying on when I first walked into the store. He is a great representative of your corporation, and an asset to your team. I also need to mention that the rest of the staff was equally helpful and pleasant in their demeanor.
Brookfield WI: Wow! I wear suits every day and on the weekend I love my Buckle clothes. Your clothes rock! Jon, the store manager, is excellent. He knows what I like, makes recommendations and his staff is always friendly and courteous.
Huntsville AL: Buckle is the best in customer service and knowledge of styles and sizes. I had planned on maybe buying one pair of jeans. Instead, I now have a Buckle card and purchased more than $400 – all because of great help from Amy and manager Bryan. Great store, great help – I will recommend the Buckle!
Louisville KY: Great, much less good, customer service is really hard to find these days. Your store surpassed customer service; they made us feel like family! Katy took care of us – and the others who stepped in to help were fabulous. We would have never bought as much as we did without the suggestions and help Katy provided. Portage MI: I was recently in your Portage Buckle store on several occasions. I wish to share the customer service I experienced on those visits. I was so impressed with your team, especially Jennifer. She was helpful and friendly. I also met Courtney and she is also friendly and very helpful.
I needed to exchange/return a few items since my original purchase. But everyone has been extremely pleasant through all of the transactions. I have also purchased more items, too. But the main point of all of this your associate Jennifer definitely deserves a compliment. It is not easy for me to get nice clothing that is stylish and comfortable. I recently finished my chemo treatments and I am in remission. So I am replacing most of my wardrobe and it is difficult as my shape and size have changed. Jennifer was busy with other customers; but kept assisting me with items she suggested.
Courtney has been so polite when I needed to return/exchange a few items. So I just thought you should know about the associates in the Portage store – they are fantastic! Please extend my gratitude to them. I will definitely remain a Buckle customer due to their outstanding customer service. I was impressed.
Taylor MI: I recently went to the Buckle store in Taylor Michigan. All the associates were great! Cheyenne and Jordan were professional, friendly and attentive. Boise ID: I would like to commend the staff of the Buckle in Boise. They are always willing to assist me and are very knowledgeable of the merchandise. I am a picky person when it comes to my wardrobe and the Buckle staff is patient and supportive when assisting me.
Savannah GA: Jason at your new Savannah store is AMAZING! I came in yesterday with my family to purchase some new clothing for my husband. As loyal Buckle shoppers for several years now, we have come to love the customer service offered at your stores.
What we weren't expecting was the superior level of service we received from Jason. He quickly sized up my husband, learned his preferences and, within minutes, was bringing us new things to try on. Jason didn't just show us items to buy yesterday; but also showed us pieces to build on the Buckle wardrobe we already have. I came back today to buy a few more pieces and Jason was there again – going above and beyond. He told us about a ton of new services we had not heard about and, in general, reaffirmed the reason we only buy from Buckle.
Before my husband and I met, my husband was a (another retail store) guy. NEVER AGAIN! Jason has totally earned us as customers for life. We are actually saddened that we are done with summer shopping. That's okay – fall is right around the corner and we are confident that Jason will be there to help us outfit my husband again. I just cannot say enough good things about Jason. Awesome employee!

Estero FL: I had the pleasure of visiting the Buckle store in Estero. I am a former regional training executive with XYZ, focusing on product and sales training as well as customer service. Last week, my daughter and I experienced the best customer service and salesmanship from a young woman by the name of Kitty. Kitty made my 14–year– old daughter feel so special! She gently suggested items without being pushy.
Kitty put a beautiful outfit together for my daughter's graduation. We feel that Kitty listened to my daughter's needs and worked very hard to meet them. Her product knowledge was superb! Chris was helpful, and made a 17–year–old male, who hates to shop, enjoy shopping! My son stated he would definitely shop the Buckle again, on his own, without mom making him go. Thank you, Chris.
Reno NV: Kaci and Cassandra helped me find the right outfit and style I was looking for. I arrived at the store close to closing time and never felt rushed, even though I was the last customer there.
Southlake TX: A Texas guest called to compliment Heather at the Southlake Buckle location. When they returned to the store to have a sensor removed from a swimsuit, Heather was polite and helpful. The caller said it was a positive experience and they appreciate how the Buckle takes care of its customers. Nice job, Heather!
Orland Park IL: I recently shopped the Orland Park Buckle and want to inform someone of how friendly Ray was. He just went beyond every experience I've ever had shopping. He shook my hand to introduce himself and pointed out similar items on sale in the store. Once the transaction was complete, he walked around the register and handed me my bag. I really felt important. Way to go, Ray! I'll definitely return to the Buckle.
Cedar Rapids IA and Team 23 Carroll IA: I was shopping at the Westdale Mall Buckle, in search of a pair of BKE Wendi Capri jeans. Hanna assisted me; but the store did not carry the Capri's in my size. Instead of leaving it at that, she allowed me to try some similar Capri styles. I was not as satisfied with the fit of these, so Hanna checked if the Wendi was available online – it was not. She then checked availability in other Buckle store locations.
Hanna located a pair and took me through the special order and delivery process. Not only was Hanna able to get me the jeans I truly wanted; but they arrived much faster than I ever imagined! In a time when customer service seems to be replaced with what is quickest and takes the least work, Hanna and the Carroll, Iowa store stepped up and provided me with the type of customer service I feel is lacking in many stores. Please let your employees know that their service has been well received and I will be visiting the Buckle more often! Thank you.Friendswood TX: I visited the Baybrook Mall Buckle yesterday, as I heard from friends that the Buckle has jeans available in longer lengths. Jackie greeted me and asked what I was looking for – style, size, price, etc. She immediately suggested several styles in the BKE line and helped me to a dressing room. Jackie suggested the BKE Sierra size 29 long. They fit perfectly and the price was within my budget. She let me know some of the other styles and the differences in fit as well.
I let her know that I felt a little intimidated as the store seemed a bit "young" for me. She said that there was something for everyone and suggested shirts and tops for me that didn't make me feel like I was dressing "too young for my age". Jackie was extremely knowledgeable of the product lines and gave me a punch card for future purchases. She also gave a fit card with suggestions of other styles that might work for me, too.
As a person in sales, I know that importance of recognition and comments from customers. I hope Jackie is recognized as an outstanding sales person and as an employee who is truly benefitting the Buckle stores. I will be returning to the Baybrook Mall Buckle location for more shopping, as the customer service and quality is truly outstanding. Thank you for making my visit a good one!
Leawood KS: A Kansas guest called to compliment Emily at the Towne Center Buckle store. "She politely greeted me and offered suggestions of merchandise I was not aware of. My positive experience today will encourage me to come back to the Buckle." The guest described himself as older than the Buckle's target market; but said he felt very comfortable shopping the Leawood store today.
Sanford FL: I was extremely impressed with your store in the Seminole Towne Center in Sanford. The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by several employees. They actually cared how my day was going – which was nice compared to other stores where employees ask before walking away.
In high school I took several marketing classes with my friend (who was also with me) and we both agreed our teacher would have loved your store as the employees excelled in suggestive marketing techniques. The employees were sincere in giving compliments while suggesting the store's stylish clothes. They even asked what we were up to and, when we said that we were going to the movies later, they engaged in a brief conversation, building rapport.
The store manager introduced himself and I told him how impressed I was with the store. He and another employee named Preston asked if I wanted to apply for a job; but unfortunately, I'm going to be going away to college in the fall. I really wish I could work there, as everyone was so professional. I just thought you should know about how wonderful the Sanford Buckle store is!
Murfreesboro TN: On Sunday I made my first trip to Buckle. I was greeted by Savannah. She was WONDERFUL! She took time with me and actually made my shopping trip fun. Many times a good deed goes unnoticed so I wanted to take the opportunity to drop a line of "thanks" and to say kudos to the Buckle for a great store staff. Hannah was also a great help. Burnsville MN: I shop frequently with my 17–year–old niece who is in a wheelchair. I know sometimes she feels invisible to salespeople – but no at the Buckle! Kelly was especially great because she treated my niece like any other teen! Thank you.
Fresno CA: My visit today at the Fresno Buckle was awesome! The employees were friendly and helpful. Michael made me aware of all the great services the Buckle offers to their customers, and even modeled the clothes I was purchasing as gifts for my husband. I am a very happy customer!
Dublin OH: I had never been in a Buckle store before yesterday. I am currently undergoing mouth reconstruction and am embarrassed to talk to people in public until the reconstruction is complete; so I carry a notebook and pen to communicate with people in public. Yesterday I had just left my surgeon's office and thought I could use some shopping therapy.
Annie at the Tuttle Crossing Buckle gave me the best shopping experience ever. I didn't use my pen and paper to communicate with her because she made me feel comfortable enough to speak to her and she made me laugh! She has a great sense of fashion for people of any age. Her skill and sensitivity to that aspect is greatly appreciated and is a wonderful quality for an employee in any clothing store.
I asked to speak to her supervisor. I shared with store manager Megan my shopping experience and how much I appreciated Annie. I believe employees are a reflection of their supervisors. After meeting and talking with Megan, it was apparent these women care greatly about their customers and their customer's satisfaction. I was elated when Megan told me I could make an appointment with Annie to have her personally assist me with future shopping needs! I am a southern woman and hospitality is important to me.
I had a wonderful time shopping in your store and will definitely be back. I will share with my friends what a great store Buckle is and strongly encourage them to shop there for all their denim needs.
Valencia CA: I am SO impressed with the Buckle! I have shopped at your Valencia store (as well as online) since the store opened. I am continuously impressed with the quality of assistance I get from your employees as well as your merchandise. This past weekend I stopped in to browse for a Father's Day present and found a shirt I liked; but it wasn't available in my husband's size. The employee quickly suggested special ordering – which was a wonderful option!
When it hadn't arrived by today (Friday), I got concerned that it wouldn't make it in time for Father's Day this weekend. I called your special order customer service where I reached a recorded greeting. I left a message with my information, half expecting to receive a call back before Monday. To my amazement, I was called back in 15 minutes with an immediate answer to where my package was in the shipping process – set to arrive this evening!

Hickory NC: The Buckle employee who helped us very helpful, and though we disagreed with some of his taste in clothes, he was flexible and worked with us. He told us everything there was to know about the Buckle services. I bought two pairs of jeans for my sister's birthday, along with a cute necklace. We did the "get fitted" deal where your employee helped us pick out jeans that fit her just right. It was his attitude and personality that really made the shopping experience enjoyable. I wish I could remember his name – he's the guy with a bit of pink in the hair. Thank you so much!
Tallahassee FL: A week ago I submitted an email about my visit to the Tallahassee store, where I was trying to exchange a pair of Capri jeans. I was originally told I could not exchange because I didn't have my receipt. Amy, the new store manager, contacted me upon receiving the email. Amy and her staff went above and beyond to take care of me. I really appreciate the help and awesome customer service! Amy indicated she is new to the store and I look forward to making more purchases at this Buckle location. Thank you for your help!
Alpharetta GA: My boyfriend was badly in need of some new clothes. He has never dressed in popular styles and has a very specific taste. When we first walked into Buckle, we quickly scanned the room and didn't see anything promising. It was then that Justin greeted us and asked if we needed help. Justin must know each and every shirt in that store! We gave him some requirements – nothing shiny, no grommets, not too many graphics on the front or the back, no brand names, etc. Justin kept thinking of options and took off to get them. He knew a lot about the different brands, fabrics and designs. Justin even got my boyfriend to try new styles. We ended up getting three shirts and a belt. Thanks, Justin, for doing your job so well!

Tulsa OK: I stopped in the Woodland Hills store to look around, knowing that Buckle really has changed up the merchandise. Juan came up and started talking about the different items the store carries and I took an interest in some jeans and shirts.
I tried on four different jeans and three different shirts based on his recommendation. He really had an interest in trying to help me understand the differences in everything. Next thing you know, I walked out of the store after spending about $270. Just wanted to share with you that Juan was a good sales person.
Chino Hills CA: I walked in disappointed I had to return a pair of jeans and a shirt; but I left the store looking fantastic in another pair of pants and the same shirt. Brianna was great help!
Woodbury MN: I visited the Buckle for the first time and was extremely happy with the service I received. Rachel was just fabulous and made my shopping trip wonderful. She was very knowledgeable with the jean fits. I have since worn my jeans and absolutely love them.
Pittsburgh PA: I was at your Ross Park location this evening – this is the second time I have purchased at this location. Both times I have been in this store the associates that have helped me have been terrific. I am a manager in a retail store and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Rachel is the associate who helped me tonight and last time a gentleman helped me. You don't always hear the good things about your stores and I just wanted to make sure that this location got the praise it deserves. Keep up the good work.
Kalispell MT: McKee showed me certain clothing pieces that I could be interested in. I purchased four items from your store, including two shirts he selected. I travel all over for work, and so I have visited other Buckle stores and by far, your store in Kalispell has the most helpful and friendly associates.
Roseville MN: I was jeans shopping with a friend and she had convinced me to come to the Buckle to try on the Lucky brand. I'll preface by saying I am a 31–year–old female, size 12 and on a limited income.
We were greeted by Brooke. I had no idea which fit or brand would work for me. Brooke asked what I was looking for and then offered a fitting room, where she brought me her suggestions. I spent three hours in the store, with Brooke bringing and exchanging countless different fits and styles, offering opinions, and even bringing shirts and shoes to create outfits – all without any judgment or pressure. She did this while serving other customers as well. I was thoroughly impressed by her knowledge. Every other salesperson was very friendly, too, offering opinions and conversation. I bought two pairs of jeans and two shirts, and even applied for the credit card, all because of the excellent customer service I received. I want to make sure her manager is aware of the excellent care I received in the store. Thank you so much.
Pittsburg PA: Melissa and Ashley at your Pittsburg store location were excellent. Melissa assisted me with my questions. Next thing I know, she put me into the dressing area and started pulling clothes. She and Ashley put together a great look for me. I will no longer shop anywhere but the Buckle. Franklin TN and Team 334 Murfreesboro TN: Wanted to take a moment to say that I had wonderful service at the Franklin Buckle. I called to ask about a pant style and size and Sandi was more than helpful. When I went to pick up the pants, she and a male employee were very helpful in telling me about other styles and colors available. Since I was purchasing men's pants, he asked if they were for a gift. They were and he offered free gift wrapping. What a HELP! While he wrapped my purchase, Sandi showed me jeans she thought would work, also providing me with a card of three styles to try when I had the time. Being formerly from a retail position, I had to say the service was top notch.
I also called the Murfreesboro Buckle store and the woman who answered the phone was most helpful in checking for the pant style, size and color. When they didn't have the exact size, she suggested similar alternatives and suggest ordering online. Overall, I am very impressed with the service provided by both stores.
Schaumburg IL: Recently, I was home visiting in Chicago, when I decided to go shopping. I came across your store at Woodfield Mall and much to my surprise, was helped out by one of the best sales people I have ever came across. Brittany is fantastic, spent time personally helping me pick out clothes, gave me advice on what looked good and eventually helped me with my purchase. You can tell Brittany has a passion for her job and definitely likes what she does. Because of her, I would definitely shop at Buckle again! It was an overall great experience. Thank you.
Goodlettsville TN: I have never shopped at Buckle, only came to the Buckle website to buy a gift card for a friend who swears by your jeans. So I traveled an hour to get to the Rivergate store and absolutely love the store and Tyler. He worked with me and helped me appreciate Buckle jeans.
Buffalo NY: I live in Boston, Massachusetts and think you should open stores here soon – please! I live in Boston; but my family lives in Buffalo, where I was recently shopped your store. Andy, your Buffalo store manager, was amazing. My husband is not a shopper and I persuaded him to come to the mall to find a pair of jeans from Buckle. I think Andy brought us every pair of jeans in the store! He was still paying attention to his sales team and other customers shopping in the store. Andy gave us space and helped in every way. We came in for one pair of jeans and left with three pairs and two button–downs. I cannot say enough about Andy and your stores. I was a retail manger for four years and know what it takes to provide an experience like Andy and his staff gave us.
Hurst TX: My daughters and I went into Buckle at Northeast Mall at the end of our shopping trip last night. We just loved Michelle, who helped us. I had never been in the Buckle before; as my daughters are just getting to the age of merchandise your store carries. Michelle had such an easy, friendly manner and began putting outfit ideas together for us, showing us the Ed Hardy shirts and less expensive options. She was awesome!
Unfortunately, we had spent all the money we had planned to spend on that visit; but we will be back to visit her for our back–to–school shopping. Michelle was the best store representative I have come across in years. We look forward to returning to the Buckle on our next shopping trip.
Littleton CO: I was amazed at the high level of personal service that I received at your Park Meadows store. My girlfriend and I stopped in last weekend to purchase some jeans and the sales staff was great to work with. They ran back and forth for us with numerous pairs to try on. Their customer service was great!
The amazing part of the store happened after we left the store. Later that evening, my girlfriend realized she left her watch in the dressing room. I called the store the next morning and they had the watch waiting for me to pick up. I cannot express how refreshing it is to know that there are still honest people in the world. I will forever be a loyal customer to the Park Meadows store.
Beavercreek OH: A guest called the Support Center to compliment Brad at the Fairfield Commons Buckle. The guest purchased a watch as a gift. When she went to wrap it, she found the instructions in the watch tin, but no watch. Batch tracked down a watch and overnight shipped it to the guest, so it would arrive in time for Christmas. "Kudos to Brad!"
Racine WI: I was in the Regency Mall today and Melissa was absolutely wonderful! She was very professional, informative and friendly. I had picked out a few shirts I had liked and she pointed out to me a hooded sweatshirt that she thought I would like. I did like it and ended up taking it home. Melissa also brought me a few pair of jeans and when I told her I liked them, but preferred skinny jeans, she brought me a few pair of those, too. It's not every day you encounter young people with such a wonderful work ethic and great salesperson skills.
South Jordan UT: Just wanted to let you know how wonderful and helpful my sales associate was on my visit to the Buckle. Pam was right there to answer all my questions and brought me clothes she thought I would like. Without Pam's help, I would not have been able to find what I was looking for. She definitely went above and beyond!
Columbus OH: Just a quick note regarding Sean at the Polaris store in Columbus and what a great job he is doing. I started shopping with him about a year ago and every time I come in he makes me feel like I'm the only one in the store. He gets the entire staff involved in the shopping process and they all work to put together great outfits for me. I joke with my friends that I have a "personal shopper" and they have all started to go to the Buckle to shop with him, too.
King of Prussia PA: I would like to thank Justine at your King of Prussia location. She was very friendly and attentive to everything I was looking for. I just loved her sense of humor and upbeat attitude. I really enjoyed my shopping experience with her and can't wait to go back and have her help me again.
I began a dialog with Emily at the Park Meadows store, who assured me that everything would be taken care of to my satisfaction. Emily phoned over the next few days to inform me of the progress of locating another coat. When another coat in the correct size could not be found, Emily said she would call the corporate office for help.
On Tuesday, Deborah from corporate phoned me. She was aware of my situation and was able to locate a coat at one of your Idaho store locations. The coat was successful delivered today. During the process, Deborah emailed me shipping information and tracking updates, and instilled in me a sense of ease that all would turn out well.
From the very first person I spoke to on the first day until today, when I received the coat, every Buckle employee truly made me feel that they cared and that this one coat was as important to them as it was to me. I applaud their dedication to go beyond customer service to true customer gratification. Thank you.

Rogers AR: I entered The Buckle in Rogers today. This store has exceptional workers. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and happy and the store was very clean and organized. All these things are rare today in our fast–paced world. I want you to know that I definitely will return and encourage others to do so!
Roseville MN: I want to let you know how pleased I was with the service I received. Holiday shopping can be hectic and not something I look forward to. However, Erika certainly made it quite a bit easier. She was very helpful and patient. I had size and style questions which she was able to answer and went out of her way to find merchandise for me. Asheville NC: I want to make sure you guys knew what a GREAT manager you have in Paige! I went to the store expecting to be uncomfortable as I am 33 and not in the under–30 range that I thought this store was more geared toward; but that was not the case AT ALL! Paige was SO helpful and made me feel very comfortable! I went in looking for a pair of jeans. She brought me jeans to try and made suggestions. Murray UT: I want to comment about one of your employees, Anna. I went into the store today, Christmas Eve. It was crazy and stress levels were high. Anna handled the whole situation so well. Oklahoma City OK: I ordered a shirt for my sister–in–law and my full address was not written down. It took a week to even find out what happened to this shirt. I called the store and spoke to Patrick – he called customer service and found out where the shirt was. Patrick wasn't able to get it over–nighted, so he drove to the Stillwater store and then delivered it to me at my job Christmas Eve. It was even wrapped! Patrick went above and beyond to fix an error and saved Christmas! I truly appreciate everything he did.
King of Prussia PA: We live 3 hours from King of Prussia and visit the store 3 or 4 times a year...Every time we visit the store manager, Cory, is extremely welcoming. She makes it a point to help you find what you're looking for or get online if it is not in the store. I shop in many different states and at different Buckle stores and you could not find a nicer more customer service representative than Cory. Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful employee you have in her.
Woodbury MN: I recently shopped the Buckle to buy a gift card for my teenage daughter. I was greeted by Kara, who was by far the most helpful and kind associate I have ever met. I cannot say enough good things about her. She showed me how (at 38) I can wear and LOVE Buckle jeans. She was so attentive and found me perfect fits while touching on everyone in her store at the same time, associates and customers alike! I returned at Christmas; she remembered me right away after having been in her store only once before. As a customer, it felt great to be remembered and greeted so warmly. People like Kara make the Buckle a success.

Tallahassee FL: My daughter attends FSU in Tallahassee. She had seen some jeans in the store there and put them on her Christmas wish list. We went to several stores in Atlanta and they did not have them. I called the store in Tallahassee and spoke to Allison. She remembered my daughter and the exact jeans that she wanted. They did not have them in stock and Allison ordered them for me and had them shipped to the address where we were spending the holidays. She was so very helpful and I appreciate the extra service she offered and provided.
Asheville NC: Heather offered me very excellent customer service and spent more than an hour helping me find the perfect pair of pants. She was knowledgeable about your products and very patient. After making my jeans purchase I went back in the next day and explained that they did not fit the way I wanted after wearing them for an hour. Heather helped me find a size smaller that fit better. I am now a loyal Buckle customer thanks to Heather at your Asheville store. Thanks.
Columbia MD: Katherine has helped me with my purchases four times in the past month, or so. She is always smiling and willing to assist me with sizing jeans from your various brands. On one occasion I was simply trying on jeans to determine what brands and styles would fit my sister. Knowing that I was not purchasing anything that day, Katherine helped me for over an hour while waiting on other customers. I was so delighted with her help that I returned to the store when she was working so that Katherine could help me again.
While all of the employees at the Columbia store are kind and helpful, I felt Katherine should be commended for her outstanding assistance.
Asheville NC: An Asheville guest called the Support Center to compliment Paige and Tammy at the Asheville Mall Buckle. He said both teammates took great care of his wife. Tammy spent time getting know his wife's style, then brought jeans, outfits and layering pieces to her dressing room. The husband said his wife looks great in her new Buckle clothes. Nice job!
Rochester Hills MI: Once again I am writing to say thank you for the awesome experience at the Rochester Village Buckle store. This was my second time shopping there; I was greeted by each employee and had the pleasure of working with Alex. She is amazing. She found clothes to fit me that I would never begin to imagine. I am "stepping out of the box" to a new me. Alex had clothes in and out of that dressing room so quickly and complimented me on each piece of clothing that looked great. I left with a HUGE bag of new clothes.
I have worked in the customer service industry for years and the Buckle is above and beyond. Alex deserves to be commended for her superior taste in clothes, friendliness and sales techniques. Colorado Springs CO: Too many times people do not take to time to recognize outstanding performance and just expect this to be the norm. However, a lot of the times the customer service and care is not what you would want or expect.
Every time I go into the Citadel Mall Buckle, I know that I will receive outstanding service with a smile. All the workers there are helpful and knowledgeable. I have only gone into this Buckle store three times during business trips while I am in Colorado Springs. But every time that I go into this store I am utterly impressed and feel as if this store sets the standard for customer care and satisfaction. Outstanding work and thanks again, you make shopping easy.

I was overwhelmed with the customer service. Emily was so helpful. She took such time in helping my son pick out jeans and a jacket that really fit him. Peoria IL: I recently purchased jeans at the Buckle for the first time. Erin, the store manager, took one look at me and promptly returned with two pairs of jeans that fit me perfectly. I was amazed! She was very knowledgeable about the types of fabrics in each style and knew which ones would stretch, not stretch, etc. Erin wrote down the style and sizes of my new finds for future reference. I returned a week later to buy two more pair in different colors. Erin was there. Not only did she remember the style of jeans she had sold me, but remembered my sizes as well! She's fabulous! I will be shopping at the Peoria Buckle from now on!
Mesquite TX: It is such a pleasure shopping at he Buckle at Town East Mall in Mesquite Texas and this is largely due to Curt, the store manager. He is more than helpful, even when the store is so crowded you cannot move – he is there to offer his help with a smile. I commend the Buckle for hiring this young man.

Peoria IL: I recently shopped the Buckle locations in Peoria. Each time I visit my sister in Peoria, we always make a point to stop in and see what's new and fun. We always receive outstanding customer service. From working at the Overland Park Buckle in Kansas for almost two years, I've learned how to respect each and every guest as they walk in the door. Leawood KS: Just a quick note to rave about the outstanding service I received from Kim at the Leawood Buckle. Even though every time I leave the store I feel like I have spent way more than I intended when I walked in, I never regret it. Kim provides excellent customer service!

I went in to purchase a pair of jeans for family pictures, and she was so sweet and helpful I walked out with 3 pairs of jeans and 2 pairs of shoes. That just topped off her excellent customer service, and I would like her store manager to know what a wonderful employee they have!
Trussville AL: A Birmingham guest phoned the Support Center to compliment the team at the Pinnacle Buckle location. She named David, Matt, Dana and Kristen; but said all of the team is excellent. The guest and her sister stopped in to shop last Friday evening. They continued to shop after closing time and said, "The staff was incredibly helpful and amazing. They treated us as if we were their mothers or sisters. I will keep going back to this store because of the people."
Orland Park IL: I want to let you know how much I appreciated all of the help that Lenny gave to me. Last year at Christmas I went into the store to buy my son some clothes. Lenny helped me pick out some wonderful clothes for my son. Shopping for my son was never as easy as it was with Lenny helping me. On Christmas morning, my son loved every gift that I had picked out.
Today, I went back to buy some clothes for my nephew and my son. Again, Lenny could not have been more helpful. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to have someone who can anticipate what my son would like. In addition, Lenny offered to help me in the future. Daytona Beach FL: Ryan was the best sales person we could have asked for for our two teenage boys. He was so helpful, related well to them, and made their shopping experience perfect.
Wichita KS: I appreciated the courtesy extended to me recently by Elaine, the manager of the Buckle located in Towne East Mall in Wichita. I had purchased two $100 gift certificates for my grandchildren in this store. Elaine assisted me with this purchase. When I arrived back at my home, approximately 20 miles from this store, I discovered I had not made it home with these gift certificates. I immediately called the store and Elaine assisted me again. She was most willing to help. She made the proper phone call to freeze the cards so no one could use them and told me she would issue new ones if I would come back in. Elaine gave me the names of two employees who could help me if she wasn't in the store when I arrived. Elaine told me she would leave instructions in her office.
The employee who helped me today found the instructions and I was able to leave the store with new gift cards. I have already told my friends of the courteous service I received at this store and especially from Elaine. Even though your stores don't exactly have clothes for this old grandma, I will continue to shop the Buckle for my grandchildren simply because of Elaine.
Columbia MD: We were in the Columbia Buckle store last week and assisted by one of your employees. Zach was so helpful and informative – we appreciated all his assistance! I have a 16–year–old and she will be so happy on Christmas morning with her new matching outfits Zach helped put together. Thank you!

Trussville AL: I am an avid shopper and am rarely affected by a sales person. I know they are there to do their job. I visited your shop in the Pinnacle on Tuesday, shopping for myself. I walked in the door of the Buckle and was greeted by two male employees. Daniel approached me and we talked about the jeans I was looking at. Before I knew it, Daniel had me in a dressing room with a few different pair and sizes. He was like a "blue jean doctor." Daniel knew more about the way jeans should fit, the material and the styles than anyone I have ever met. I have never had a more enjoyable shopping experience and have told everyone I have talked to about it. Daniel is an awesome "catch" for any retail store. I was blown away by my experience there. Wilmington NC: Assistant Manager Stephanie was absolutely fabulous in assisting me recently. A store in another state had messed up an order and Stephanie was only too happy to help correct the mistake. She greeted me with a smile and was courteous and very professional. Grandville MI: I want to share what a wonderful experience I had shopping at one of your stores yesterday. I was greeted promptly as I entered the store and because I knew what I was there to purchase, I immediately headed to the back. I was again greeted by another sales person whose name was Sandy. This is where my wonderful experience began. I was there to buy two "burnout" shirts for my daughters. Without further assistance, I am confident I would have purchased two white ones and been on my way. Sandy had a different plan for me.
Sandy started out asking the style of my two daughters and immediately started showing me several combinations on what she thought would be suitable for their style. She suggested things I would not have even considered and even tried on a couple of hoodies for me so I could guess the right size. I felt like I was the most important customer in the store. I ended up spending $150 instead of the $48 that I had planned; but can't wait to see my daughters' reactions on Christmas morning.
Flint MI: I want to tell you how much I appreciated shopping at this store today. I went in there with a friend and my 11–year–old daughter who wanted a sweatshirt. The salesgirl, Tori, was amazing. She offered me a rewards card and I told her no because I never find anything for me. Tori suggested your jeans. She took me under her wing and I am now going to get my first two pairs of Buckle jeans for Christmas. Tori gift wrapped everything. You now have a customer for life. Thank you.
Houston TX: I adore the staff at this store. They are unlike any other store you walk into these days. They are very helpful and remember us from previous shopping trips. I have never encountered such an awesome group of young adults with such great customer service skills. Mina, the store manager, is just great. Save one sports coat, my son's closet is nothing but Buckle.
Please let the team know that Patrick's mom says thanks for taking me back to the old days, when customer service meant greeting me at arrival, sticking with us the whole time if that is what we want, offering other items to complete a look, keeping us within dress codes at school, being friendly, ending phone conversations when someone comes in, ending personal conversations to help us out and keeping the store neat and well arranged. Muskegon MI: I was in the Muskegon Buckle and had a very helpful sales person by the name of Nick. It was really busy but he took the time to look up a jacket I wanted and to order it. Today he called me and told me my order was shipped and gave me the tracking number. When you think customer service has gone to the way side you find a person like this. I will be back to shop the Buckle again and will tell people what a great experience I had because of Nick.
Woodbury MN: Amanda at the Woodbury Buckle provided me with WOW customer service in the heat of the holiday season. Not only did she find the jeans I was looking for, she offered to wrap them and ordered an additional pair. She smiled and respected my limited shopping time. Additionally, when the second pair of jeans arrived at the store, I received a very friendly call from Kara, the store manager. Way to go Buckle team – in the hustle of the holidays you took time to care about me and my needs. It's nice to know that some companies still care about the service they provide. Friendswood TX: A Texas guest called the Support Center to compliment Jason at the Baybrook Mall Buckle location. She only had a description of the scarf she was looking for. Jason located it on the store computer, the emailed the picture to the guest to confirm this was what she was looking for. "He did a great job helping me locate it! Thank you!"
Kearney NE: I really wanted to take a moment to thank you for taking such great care of your customers! We received our replacement jeans so quickly. It is so great to have such service. We appreciate you, the staff and the company.
Jason, store manager: The guest purchased pair of MEK jeans awhile back and they were defective. When they brought them back in they had the "I do not know if there is anything you can do for us but..." look. Without hesitation we did a return/exchange for them. They found it hard to believe we would do that as that was not what they were expecting. It's so much fun and rewarding to take care of our guests.
Chandler AZ: Can I please tell you that I am absolutely blown away by your company and more impressively, by the experience I recently had in one of your stores. I want this person to please be recognized.
As we all can relate, holiday time and gift shopping can be a pretty stressful experience while fighting the crowds and deliberating on gifts – "what to buy who." For me, these feelings ended the moment I walked into your Buckle store in Chandler, Arizona.
I was greeted by a big smiling guy named Mike, very well dressed, very charming. My shopping day changed immediately. He made me feel extremely comfortable – almost as if I had known him for 10 years. He must have recommended over 25 outfits combined for myself, 2 sons and husband – not to mention, this was all while helping several other customers as well. What a magnetic environment! I was so reassured by making this my "one–stop shop."
I was having such a great time at your store, I called (from my cell phone in the dressing room) my mother and two friends to come join me at the Buckle for some more shopping with Mike. Seeing that I struck out previously at so many other stores at the mall, Mike's service made me not want to leave, so I took the liberty to call everyone I knew.
Without even asking, he had all my gifts ready, waiting for me at the register, gift–wrapped and organized.
Needless to say, Mike left me with a permanent smile on my face. I will be back to shop with him in the future...and so will ALL of my family and friends who live in Arizona!

Asheville NC: On Saturday, I visited your store in the Asheville Mall. I was told Buckle could help a 38–year–old mother of twins find jeans that I would actually look good in. With my two 6–year–olds in tow, I set off for the mall, hoping my friend was right.
I walked up to the counter and told the sales person I needed help. Tammy was FANTASTIC – helpful, personable and kind to my children! I must have tried on 20 pairs of jeans and never left the dressing room. She brought tops, shoes, and an endless supply of jeans until we found the right ones! She made my experience pleasant and for a "normal" sized woman, finding jeans wasn't so depressing. I wore them all weekend and will be sporting them on New Year's Eve in Vegas! Thank you, Tammy.

Grandville MI: My daughter is 15–years–old. She will wear nothing but ABC or XYZ. I get very frustrated with it! I tell her all the time that she needs to come out of the box. It's as if she has a closet worth big, big money; but yet, everything in the closet looks the same except in different colors.
We went into your Grandville Buckle store this evening and, at first, my daughter seemed very uninterested. Sarah approached us with the right attitude for a teenager and the right approach! Sarah tried a jacket and a bag on my daughter, and it worked. Sarah showed my daughter a different looks – looks she never would have tried on for Mom – and my daughter liked it!

Midland TX: Greetings, I just bought some clothes from one of your stores in the Midland Park Mall. I was graciously helped by Jessica. She was the most polite and sincere salesperson that I have ever dealt with. I truly felt she wanted to help me find the style I was looking for and not just load me up with expensive items as many "mall shops" do. She must have brought me 15 pair of pants until I found a pair I liked. I will be returning to do my Christmas shopping! Thanks again.

Pensacola FL: On a trip to Gulf Shores from Canada, we went into a Buckle store at the Cordova Mall in Pensacola. My wife and I had never been in a Buckle store before. You have some really great clothes. Dawn was energetic and one of the best sales girls that we have run across lately. My wife spent over $200 on clothing. If not for the help of Dawn, we may have just walked out of the store.
Merrillville IN: I cannot thank Renee enough! She worked with my daughter, who recently gained weight due to medical problems. Renee provided a very positive, great experience for my daughter. I was truly in tears.
Grand Island NE: I purchased a pair of jeans a month ago, took them home to wash them, then brought them back to the store for hemming. Approximately 10 days later I stopped in the store to pick up my hemmed jeans. They were nowhere to be found.
Justine went above and beyond to correct the problem. She took my receipt information, name and number. She located another pair of jeans and had them shipped directly to my home. Although I will need to bring them in to have them altered, Justine eliminated one trip. She remained in contact with me during the entire process. Never have I been to a place where a person took their time to find the perfect size like Natalie did at the Buckle in Cedar Hill. She was great!
Champaign IL: I have bought a few pairs of jeans from the Champaign Buckle store and I wanted corporate to know that the staff there have made jean shopping for me fast, efficient and friendly. Heather helped me find the perfect pair of jeans last night. I told her what I wanted, what size I wear, and what I would be using them for and within 10 minutes she had a large stack for me to try on. I am very happy with the customer service at this store and will be coming back to buy more jeans from them in the future. Thank you, Buckle!
Winston–Salem NC: I hate the task of buying jeans. Every brand fits different and I feel like I try on a million pairs to find one that fits. The staff at the Hanes Mall store is wonderful. I will ONLY buy my jeans at Buckle. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store over the last few years only because the sales people make it so effortless and easy to find jeans. They are more than willing to bring you as many pairs as it takes to find the perfect fit. They offer helpful suggestions and sizing information about each pair. Cathy helped me at the store today. She went as far as finding me a shoe with a heel so I could check the length of the jeans.
I want to commend this store on its outstanding customer service. It is very rare these days to go to a store and see the staff doing a great job each and every time you visit. Rochester MN: I just want to say that the staff at the Rochester Buckle location is absolutely amazing. Heather, the store manager, has the best customer service, as well as sales associate Jake. I have never been treated so well in a store and am excited every single time I shop there. They really care about me and the jeans I buy, and want me to be totally satisfied. My mom has even started buying her jeans the Buckle, thanks to their wonderful service!

Alderwood WA: On Saturday my wife and I stopped into the Buckle at Alderwood Mall. We did not intend on purchasing anything, just to check out the Buckle jeans. Upon entering the store we were greeted by your employee Sam. He was courteous and asked if we needed help. Sam was patient and retrieved probably a dozen pairs of jeans for my wife to try on. He demonstrated great knowledge of the cuts and sizing on your jeans. On a side note, my wife purchased the two pairs he first recommended. He did this all while helping two other customers with the same attention to detail. Sam delivered some of the best customer service I have ever received. It was far better that the customer service we received when I recently purchased a new truck. We ended up spending almost four hundred dollars in you store only because of him. We will return and continue to purchase clothing from Sam and your store. Thank you.
Roseville MN: A Minnesota guest called to compliment Tommy and the rest of the staff at the Rosedale Buckle location. Despite being close to closing time, Tommy took time to listen then helped find the right jean fits for her daughter and son–in–law. Even after closing time, the staff was courteous and helpful. Kearney NE: I want to share my shopping experience at the Buckle at the Kearney Hilltop Mall tonight. We went in there with the idea of looking for a shirt and left the store $450 lighter than when we went in. The reason was because the two gals who helped us were absolutely fabulous! Lindsey and Kallie brought me so many things to try and a pair of jeans that I think I could wear every day. I felt like a new, improved and younger woman when I left the store.
El Cajon CA: I've been shopping at your Parkway Plaza Buckle for the last six months. I love your product and your store. But I especially love your crew. I explained where my granddaughter lived and I had no idea what to get her. All I knew was Buckle is her favorite store. Pittsburg KS: I typically always have a great experience in the Pittsburg Buckle store. Today Kylie assisted me, along with some wonderful comments and friendly conversation from Ashley. Going into the store I was having a 'not so good day'; I thought looking at clothes would help. Well, what I received completely exceeded my expectations. I left the store with an awesome pair of jeans, four new shirts and an incredible pair of boots thanks to the help of these wonderful ladies. My day was made 10 times better and I felt so good about the way I looked in these new clothes, again, thanks to the great help and wonderful feedback I was given.
I have known Chris, the store manager, for a few years now and I must say he does an amazing job at running this store. He always has a great team to help him. It is always great when you walk into one of your favorite stores and the manager knows you on a first name basis and also knows the style of clothes that best suits you. You can't go wrong at the Buckle!
Birmingham AL: I would like to tell the Buckle home office how happy my girlfriend and I are after a recent trip to Buckle in the Riverchase Galleria. My girlfriend was helped by salesperson Kelly, who was extremely friendly and attentive to her interests. Kelly had an excellent knowledge of the store inventory and saw to it that we found the sizes and fits that we liked. She offered us plenty of space to shop; but was also close by whenever we had any questions. Kelly was extremely helpful and made the whole experience memorable and enjoyable for both of us. Kudos to manager Chase for running a very clean, attractive store with a well–trained staff. After a bad experience at this location several months ago (which was rectified by Buckle), our faith in the store has been restored. We look forward to coming back again and again to our Buckle in Birmingham.

Douglasville GA: I just wanted to say how helpful and kind the sales associates in your store located in Arbor Place Mall are. My boyfriend and I stopped in yesterday to look at boots to wear while riding his motorcycle. We were promptly greeted by multiple associates upon entering the store. As we browsed the boots, Jason approached us and asked if we would like to try on anything. My boyfriend told him what he was looking for in particular and within 3 minutes Jason came back with multiple selections of boots fitting the criteria my boyfriend had asked for. Jason told us about your layaway program and asked if it would be something we would be interested in. It was a perfect solution. I called the store back today with a question and the manager, David, was very kind and helpful. As I said before, I was very impressed with the store and all the associates that assisted us. We will definitely be back!
Springfield IL: Bobette was wonderful! I probably tried on 20 pairs of jeans. She worked hard to help me find the perfect fit!
Austin TX: After spending hours searching the mall for jeans for a teenager, I was at the end of my rope. We had been to two high–end teenage stores with their loud music, dim lights and sales people who never ask if you need help. We stepped into the Buckle and Ashlee greeted us and became our person shopper. We spent and hour and a half in the Buckle!
Our goal had been one pair of jeans. Ashlee took one look at my daughter and started pulling jeans. Before I knew it, she was putting together outfits, including necklaces and shoes. I never saw my daughter react so positively to another person's clothing selection before. I was so impressed; we ended up purchasing just about everything Ashlee showed us. Thank you for a positive shopping experience.
Noblesville IN: Truthfully, one of the most old–fashioned style of service out of such a young sales rep. Kalie was so helpful and professional. I spent more than I intended and didn't even mind! She helped with my shopping, gift wrapped, informed me about layaway and hemming and even offered to help my daughter when she returns to the store later. Thank you!

Florence KY: My sister created a wish list online for the Buckle. When my parents and I walked into the store we were immediately greeted. We asked an associate for help pulling up the wish list. He gladly did so and printed off the list. He and two other associates gathered everything they had in the store that was on the list! They brought all of it to the checkout for us to look over. If something was out of stock, they would bring a similar item in its place. One associate in particular was extremely helpful. His name is Lateef. He was so willing to help and had such a positive and upbeat attitude. It was by far the best shopping experience we had on Black Friday.

Okemos MI: I want to say thanks so much to Amy for being such an amazing sales person! Every time I am in the store – whether to buy or just to look – I always leave the store with something! She has broadened my horizons from Silver Jeans to Big Star. If she cannot find my size, she always has different ideas for me to try on. Jacksonville FL: I just recently visited the Buckle at the St. John's Center this past weekend. I am originally from Michigan and I came south to visit my family for Thanksgiving. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by one of the sales people. They showed me all kinds of cute things and made me feel very welcome. The atmosphere was so genuine and warm I felt like I was among friends.
It was really nice of Jason the manager to help me in finding jeans and he gave me good tips on how to wear them with different shoes. This was especially great because it is rare that a manager of a store will help you and interact with his/her customers. Everyone there was very helpful; some of the other helpful salesmen were Tyler, Jessica, and Leanne. I definitely will visit this store every time I'm in town and I really do recommend everyone to shop here. I love my Maddies!

Ever since I first started shopping there, I've had nothing but exceptional customer service and positive things to say about the location and its employees. I've told many of my friends about the variety of clothing available, the services offered, as well as the wonderful people who work there. Des Moines IA: Just wanted to share my praise for the Valley West Mall Buckle location in Des Moines. Cathy is phenomenal. My husband is very picky about his jeans and we usually end up ordering them online. Cathy always takes care of this for me with one phone call. Not only does she remember who I am, she remembers what he likes, and what size he wears, etc. When I find the time to actually go into the store she recognizes me and shows me all the new merchandise, remembering my favorite brands.

Fort Worth TX: I have shopped many retailers to buy jeans and have been greatly disappointed in spending money on jeans that end up becoming Capri's because they shrink in length. When I discovered the Buckle and the great selection of jeans that ya'll had, I couldn't be more satisfied. I now encourage all my friends to go to the Ridgmar Buckle. Not only is the jeans selection great and plenty long; but it's the customer service that I receive that is second to none.

Schaumburg IL: I was in the Woodfield store with my daughter. My daughter was purchasing an item of clothing for a gift. She wanted a particular jacket, of which there was only one – the wrong size – on the rack. Steven found the correct size on the mannequin in the window, took it off and sold it to my daughter. When we asked for a box, Steven offered to gift wrap it as well. The presentation of the package was beautiful. The salesman was most courteous. Some people would say Steven was only doing his job. This is the point where my mouth fell open. Jason went online and showed me the bag and let me know that it was still available. He showed me how to navigate the website and also advised me on the shipping options. He recommended the matching wallet for the bag.

Lafayette IN: I am fortunate to have been a partner in several corporations that gave me the option to retire at an early age and move back to the family farm. At one time, I was always looking for talented people to hire. Sometimes you meet them in places you would never suspect. Often you find them by accident. I write you to let you know that I found one in your employ – Jenny, located at your Lafayette store.
My son and I were approached by one of your salespersons when we first entered your store. My son told this salesperson he just wanted to look around. My son hates to shop, so he found one shirt he liked and was ready to leave. He needed several pairs of jeans and shirts; but after a quick look around we were walking to check out with our one shirt when Jenny found us. Jenny came over, introduced herself, said she had noticed what my son was wearing and had selected several pairs of jeans and shirts that she thought my son may like. She was right on.
My son tried on the clothes and we ended up purchasing over $600 of merchandise from your store. I have never received this type of service unless I was paying several thousand dollars for a suit. If I was in my former business, I would have left your store with my merchandise and Jenny as an employee of our company. I really appreciate quality service and Jenny was a refreshing over the top experience at Buckle.

Lynnwood WA: My wife and I just experienced AMAZING service at your Lynnwood store from Joy. About a month ago we were window shopping at the mall. Joy helped me check out the Affliction T–shirts. My wife then explained how she was having trouble finding jeans that fit well. Joy was able to rattle off the various jeans that might work and described how the fits varied – not just at Buckle but at other stores! She helped my wife find a great–fitting pair of Lucky jeans, which we weren't able to buy at the time.
Today, over a month later, we walked in, and Joy greeted us with a friendly smile and inquired if we had come to get the jeans!! She remembered the size and style for my wife's jeans and she also remembered the Affliction styles that I liked. Please give Joy major kudos! I want to take time to tell you the great service that I get when I go to the Jordan Creek Buckle store – every single time! Kearney NE: A few weeks ago I went into the Hilltop Mall Buckle to spend my birthday money and had a great experience with Emilee. I told her I wanted a new outfit and that I'd like to get some Luckys since that is all I wear due to fit. She opened my eyes and made me realize that I can actually fit in many styles. She pulled five different styles for me and I loved them. She also spent forever finding the perfect shoes for me. Let's not forget how patient she was with me as I had to quickly run and grab my 2–year–old who was running all over the store. I have been in a slump lately and dread shopping, but she totally made my experience a good one. I really enjoyed my shopping experience with her. She was patient and fun!

Flint MI: I have been shopping at the Buckle for a few years now. I have shopped at various locations throughout the Midwest. I have never received better service in any location or at any other retailer, than at the store in Flint. I continue to shop at this store because of the AMAZING staff that works there. The manager, Jason, and other associates, such as Tori, know my husband and me on a first name basis. They give us such quality service we feel bad making a purchase at any other location. I have been a retail manager myself for over five years and I know how difficult it can be to find a quality employee. It is so refreshing to find an entire store of them!

Towson MD: I have been looking for the perfect pair of jeans for a long time. I have tried on (ABC) and (XYZ), among others brands, at other retail stores. None of them fit me right. I came into the Buckle store in Towson and was greeted by Ashley. She was so helpful. She picked out styles that would fit my body type. She helped me figure out the correct size. I ended up going home with three pairs of Big Star jeans and I feel fantastic in them. I am 34 and have had 2 children; but I feel as sexy as a 20–year–old, thanks to Ashley. Columbus OH: I have never received such wonderful customer service as I did at the Tuttle Crossing store today. Sherry helped me with styles and had great suggestions. Terre Haute IN: To make a long story short, I was out of town on business and drove 7 hours today. When I got to my hotel, I realized I had not packed jeans. I looked for the nearest Buckle to buy a pair. I quickly found a pair of jeans tried them on and checked out. Tara was extremely friendly. In the short time it took to punch the primo card and swipe a credit card, I learned that Tara knew people from my hometown and had actually been there. It was refreshing to shop at the Terre Haute Buckle and deal with such a friendly and helpful associate. I was a little uncomfortable traveling that far away; but it is nice to know that Buckle is still the same as it is at home!
Fargo ND: I want to let you know of the best customer service I've received in a very long time. I was in the Fargo Buckle a couple of weekends ago. I've shopped The Buckle before, but have never purchase a lot. Typically I'd just purchase a top or something small here or there. Hillary greeted me and was honestly wonderful. She helped me find jeans that I LOVE. Actually, she helped me find 2 pairs of jeans, plus an entire outfit including accessories. She was knowledgeable, sincere, and incredibly helpful. Lewisville TX: I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge the excellent service that I received today at the Buckle in the Vista Ridge Mall. Normally shopping for jeans is such a nightmare that I avoid it all together, so tonight I decided to give it a try at this location. There are three shipping methods, based on weight, used for merchandise being sent to the Buckle corporate warehouse. All purchase orders/styles shipped the same day will be considered one shipment for routing purposes.

The bills of lading should clearly list the number of cartons shipped in the piece column. We require the pickup driver to sign for the number of pieces shipped not the number of pallets. All pallets need to be shrink–wrapped and we require the delivery receipt be signed notating the condition of the shrink–wrap.
All merchandise should be shipped bulk by size (example: all smalls together, all mediums together, etc.). Do not send in prepacks. On the outside of each box please list: Purchase Order number, Department number, Style, Color, Size, Quantity and Box 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc. All correspondence, invoices, packing slips, and packages must include this information as well as the total number of cartons and the total weight of the shipment.
Packing slips may be either placed inside the lead carton (please indicate this) or securely affixed to the outside of the lead carton. Packing slips that are listed by individual boxes must include a master sheet summarizing/totaling each style/color/size.
Shipping boxes shall not exceed 24H X 28W X 24L or exceed a weight of 50 lbs. Merchandise should be flat packed in poly bags with no hangers.
The above routing instructions take maximum advantage of available discounts; lost discounts due to incorrect routings will result in chargebacks. If for any reason you are unable to comply with these routing instructions, please advise.
Terms and Conditions
- Suppliers must also comply with applicable United States laws relating to the import of products, including country of origin labeling, RN number, product labeling and fabric and product testing and care instructions.
- No partial payments will be made on an invoice that is in dispute.
- All deduction disputes or requests for copies or P.O.D. must be made in writing within 60 days of memo date.
- We are responsible for orders written on the Buckle purchase order form only.
- Merchandise shipped after the 20th of the month is treated as of the 25th.
- Vendor will be responsible for lost discounts and/or late finance charges if invoices are sent with the cartons or to an address other than the Kearney "bill to" address. Our BILLING address is PO Box 1480, Kearney, NE 68848. Our SHIPPING address is 2407 W. 24th Street, Kearney, NE 68845
- Merchandise shipped after the cancellation date will be returned at vendor's expense, or invoice held pending satisfactory adjustment.
- Merchandise must be invoiced by style, not by store. We require a master or consolidated invoice.
- Failure to comply with shipping, billing, routing, delivery, packing, labeling or other instructions or terms on this order, including but not limited to those listed below will be subject to a chargeback:
- Substitution of style, color, or size(s)
- Overages, shortages, or unauthorized partial shipments of merchandise. Overages and shortages exceeding 3% per size and/or 5% for the total order must be approved prior to shipment. Merchandise overages and shortages will be returned at the vendor‘s expense and/or invoice held pending satisfactory adjustment.
- Concealed damage, poor quality, substandard, soiled or mislabeled merchandise
- Incomplete invoices
- Improper labeling of carton(s)
- Merchandise not received in accordance with shipping or packing instructions
- Excessive freight or insurance charges
- Lost shipping discounts due to improper routing
- Incorrect weight on bills of lading
- Bills of lading listing number of pallets shipped rather than number of cartons
- Incomplete or absent packing slip or packing slip not showing the number of cartons and weight of shipment
- The Buckle, Inc.'s Code of Conduct and Standard of Engagement are fully incorporated herein.
- Vendors unable to tag merchandise with UPC, style, color, size, and retail will be charged shipping for our Buckle barcode price tickets to be attached to merchandise.
- Vendor accepts responsibility for all damage/defective products and will issue return authorization upon receipt of debit memo list. Accounting will credit the amounts on open invoices, including any freight charges.
Delay in payment and/or chargebacks may result in cases where the Buckle ROUTING GUIDELINES, TERMS and CONDITIONS or CODE OF CONDUCT and STANDARDS OF ENGAGEMENT are not followed.
