not for the short I wear a 29 -31" inseam in jeans, and im 5'5" these boots are too tall for me when i sit they dig in under my knee in a weird way. Which im so bummed because they are so freakin cute and i really wanted them to work.Also they seem to run a half size smaller. December 9, 2012
