Favorite slip on shoes Very nice casual slip on shoes. Have owned Vans for years and these are much more unique and a bit more comfortable. Steve Madden shoes usually run large so think of ordering a size smaller. I typically wear 13, but ordered size 12 (but maybe 11.5 if available would have been more perfect). The bottom of the shoes are a weird woven recycled type material with tattered strings that constantly hang off the sides and is very slick until they get dirty and worn in. Kind of a different type of sole, but rest of the materials are nice. May 5, 2012
