I am usually an XL shirt, but if that brand runs big I can wear a size large comfortably. I bought size XL for this one and it's tight...the sleeve/armholes are very tight and across the chest seems a bit tight as well. I almost NEVER run into that issue with a size XL T-shirt. Material seems a little thin as well, but overall this is a decent T-Shirt. If you are on the border between sizes then for sure order up a size.
