Ship To Store FAQs

  • Free shipping for buckle.com orders that are shipped to a Buckle store for guest pick up.
  • Shop buckle.com and add items to your bag. At checkout, select "Ship to Store" and search for a nearby store location. Select a store and continue to payment to enter billing information.
  • Ship-to-store orders are available for store pick up 2-5 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a notification email with instructions when your order has arrived at your selected store.
  • Once you receive your notification email, go to your selected Buckle store to retrieve your order. Valid photo identification and a signature will be required to pick up your order.
  • Yes, you may have someone else pick up your ship-to-store order. At checkout, you will be prompted to enter the contact information of the person who will pick up your order.
  • Ship-to-store orders will be held in-store for 7 days. Please contact Guest Services with any order-related questions. Orders that are not picked up will be canceled. You will be contacted if your order is canceled and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Yes, ship-to-store orders may be returned to a Buckle store or through the mail. Please see our return policy for easy return instructions.
