  • 2. Outfit Selection – Your personal stylist will hand-select outfits based on your preferences and ship them to you – free of charge.
  • 3. Enjoy Your Favorites – Keep what you like and send back the rest, free of charge, within 10 days in the Continental United States.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will I get to see the items before I receive my box?

This depends on how involved you would like to be in the process. We can send you pictures of what’s in your box before it ships. Once you start working with your stylist, you will find that they are able to pinpoint your style and fashion.

2. Are there any extra fees?

Nope! Our service doesn’t come with styling or subscription fees, and there is no limits on how many times you can use your stylist for fashion advice.

3. When do I pay for my product?

Once you have set your payment preferences for buckle SELECT through your online account, your card will be charged when your package ships.

4. How do I pay?

Your stylist will send you an email to set up your payment preferences online. You can log in to an existing buckle.com account, or you can register a new one. Once you’ve logged in to your account, you can add your preferred payment preferences. We encourage Buckle Cardholders to select Buckle Card* as their preferred form of payment so they can continue to earn B-Rewards** points on purchases.

5. How do returns work?

Returns are super easy and convenient! Simply place the items that didn’t work back in the shipping box or bag provided, attach the included return shipping label and receipt, and drop it at your closest USPS box within 10 days. As soon as Buckle receives and processes your package, the credit card that was charged for the returned items will be credited for those items.

6. Can I change my card preferences?

Yes. Login to your buckle.com account and click on buckle SELECT under Account Information. Choose Update Preferred Payment. Then, enter your preferred payment preference.

7. How do I unenroll from buckle SELECT?

We’ll be sad to see you go! To unenroll, login to your buckle.com account and click on buckle SELECT under Account Information. Choose Unenroll from buckle SELECT. You will no longer receive communication from your stylist.

8. What if I need a different size?

Contact your stylist to share your new size preference and begin the exchange or return process.

9. How long does shipping usually take?

We ship FedEx, so depending on your distance from the stylist’s store, it will typically take 1-4 business days.
