Q. When should I leave a review?

A. Once you have received your product and have had a chance to use it, then visit Buckle.com to leave a review.


Q. How long does it take for my review to be posted on Buckle.com?

A. All reviews go through a moderation process to prevent any spam from cluttering Buckle.com. Once your review has been approved, it will be posted to Buckle.com, this can take up to 72 hours.


Q. Can I change my review after I'm done with it?

A. You do have the option to edit your review before submitting it. However, once you have submitted your review it cannot be changed.


Q. Why isn't my review posting?

A. A review can be rejected for many reasons. Including Inappropriate/Unrelated Response, Foreign Language, Inappropriate Image, Competitor Reference, Spam or Duplicate Information, or Presence of URL. In these situations, your message will be forwarded to the appropriate department for further research.

Q. Why do I need to create a nickname when I write a review?

A. It's important to have a nickname for privacy purposes. A nickname keeps your true identity safe from the general public. It's a great way to express yourself!


Q. How do I submit pictures/video along with my review?

A. You are able to submit pictures and videos in your review.
Pictures: You can upload images by browsing your picture documents, choosing the picture you would like to upload and clicking the upload button.
Videos: You can link to your video by pasting the URL in the "Link to your video" section of the Rating and Review page. Be sure to add a video caption to your video so followers have a summary of your video.


Q. What are the specifications for the pictures/video I submit?

A. First, you can upload up to 6 pictures and 1 video.
Second, images must be at least 533 pixels in width and height.
Third, please only upload media related to the product.
Finally you must hold the copyright to the media you submit.
