Select the items you are returning.
Print the pack slip and USPS label, then place items in a secure package.
Drop the package off at your local Post Office, in a collection box, or schedule a USPS pickup.
When using Buckle's easy online returns, a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
Place a new order within 24 hours of initiating the return and Buckle will waive the $7 return shipping fee.

Sign in to your buckle.com account to see your recent order history. Select "Orders" on the left-hand side of the page.
For each order, you can view the order details and a shipment summary. The shipment information includes the tracking number.
You can conveniently track your order by visiting the website of the appropriate shipping carrier and entering the tracking number.

5. My order shows delivered but I do not have it, what should I do?
First, thoroughly check around your house and with neighbors. Often times, carriers will deliver packages to back doors, side doors, or to neighbors who were home at the time. If you are still unable to locate it, please wait until the end of the day as tracking information may show delivered when the package is still in transit. Buckle does not offer a printed catalog. However, buckle.com serves as a digital catalog featuring our merchandise offering. The Style section of buckle.com is a great place to check out the latest trends, fashion editorial features, and Shop By Outfit looks.
Models for Buckle's seasonal marketing campaigns are contracted through national agencies. Buckle does not provide agency recommendations or referrals.
Buckle does hire local catalog models at our Corporate Office in Kearney, Nebraska. Check buckle.jobs for local fit and online model positions.

Buckle supports area high school and college events that are alcohol and drug free. To encourage these safe and fun events for students, Buckle makes gift card donations in the amount of $25.
Requests must be submitted in writing on the sponsoring organization's letterhead.
Include event details, the sponsoring organization's Federal Tax Exempt Number, and your nearest Buckle store location by providing the city, state and mall name.
Mail your request to: Buckle Gift Card Donation Request, P.O. Box 1480, Kearney, NE 68848-1480.
Your request must be received six weeks in advance of the event date. Due to budget limitations, not all requests are granted. If approved, your gift card will arrive approximately three weeks following the receipt of your request. There is a limit of one $25 Buckle gift card per event.

What is the minimum age you have to be to apply at Buckle?
For store positions, you must be at least 18 years of age to apply, except in AR, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IN, IA, KS, MN, MO, MT, NE, ND, SD, and WY, where you need to be at least 17 years of age. To apply for all Freight Coordinator positions, you must be at least 18 years of age to apply. For all Corporate Office and Distribution Center positions, you must be at least 16 years of age.

Backorders are online orders that ship from a store location.

What is a Primo Card?
Until February 23, 2016, Guests will receive one punch on their Primo Card for every $10 of merchandise purchased. Exclusions include: tax, shipping costs, factory seconds, gift card purchases, and redemptions of Buckle gift cards issued for merchandise returns, Primo Cards, and B-Rewards. For example, on a purchase totaling anywhere from $10.00 to $19.99, the guest will receive one punch on their card; from $20.00 to $29.99, two punches, etc.
Each completed Primo Card enables a guest to earn $10 towards a future Buckle purchase. After February 22, 2016, Primo Cards with 1-10 punches may be redeemed for $3 off a qualifying Buckle purchase, Primo Cards with 11-25 punches may be redeemed for $7 off a qualifying Buckle purchase and Primo Cards with 26-30 punches may be redeemed for $10 off a qualifying Buckle purchase. Punches from multiple Primo Cards will be combined before determining redemption amount.
Initial layaway deposits and any payments on layaways are not applied (punched) to the Primo Card until the final payment is made, at which time the entire layaway merchandise amount will be credited on the Guest's Primo Card.
Fully punched Primo Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.
Returned merchandise will be deducted from the Primo Card.
Primo Cards remain the property of The Buckle, Inc.
Primo Cards are non-transferable and will be voided if forged, altered, or mechanically reproduced.
Primo Cards may be redeemed only by the owner of the card. The Buckle, Inc. reserves the right to require positive identification as a condition for redemption and qualification of the punches by identification of the purchase history if deemed appropriate.
The Buckle, Inc. will retain all redeemed Primo Cards.
Employees of The Buckle, Inc. are not eligible for Primo Cards.
The Buckle, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen Primo Cards.
Existing Primo cards will be accepted through September 5, 2016.

Buckle has partnered with BorderFree to offer international shipping to over 101 countries. Shop buckle.com in the currency of your choice and see your completed order total including shipping fees, customs, tariffs, and taxes upon checkout. Once the order is submitted, the total is guaranteed at the exchange rate indexed at that time. Additional fees will not be charged at delivery.
To shop in your currency of choice, click the flag in the upper right corner of the browser screen. You will be taken to a list of countries to choose from. Find the country whose currency you would like to use, and click its flag. You will then see buckle.com pricing in that currency.
Does Buckle offer alterations?
Each Buckle store has an alterations specialist able to hem jeans purchased in our store. This is a free service offered to our guests if the alteration request is placed within 30 days of the original purchase date and the guest presents their original receipt.
