Return/Exchange to a Buckle Store

  • Present the buckle.com receipt and the original form of payment used for the order.
  • All credits for returns will be applied directly to the original form of payment.
  • No cash refunds will be issued.
  • No in-store credits on shipping or handling fees.

Registered Users

  • Visit buckle.com/returns and sign in to get started.
  • Select the items you are returning.
  • Print the pack slip and USPS label, then place items in a secure package.
  • When using Buckle's easy online returns, a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
  • Place a new order within 24 hours of initiating the return and Buckle will waive the $5 return shipping fee.

Guest Users

  • Visit buckle.com/guest/returns and enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
  • You will receive an email with a link to start your return.
  • After clicking the link in the email, select the items you are returning.
  • Print the pack slip and USPS label, then place items in a secure package.
  • When using Buckle's easy online returns, a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
  • Place a new order within 24 hours of initiating the return and Buckle will waive the $5 return shipping fee.

General Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return merchandise, you may return it to one of our Buckle store locations or to buckle.com via mail. Some online merchandise is not available for return. These items are noted on the product description page.

  • Items must be returned within 60 DAYS from the purchase date with the original price tags attached.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unless it is defective.
  • If the items returned do not meet Buckle's return guidelines, all shipping charges associated with the return will be the guest's responsibility.
