General Return Policy


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return merchandise, you may return it to one of our Buckle store locations free of charge. Your closest Buckle store location can be found by visiting https://www.buckle.com/stores. You can also return your purchase to buckle.com via mail. There is a $6.99 shipping fee for returning via mail. Some online merchandise is not available for return. These items are noted on the product description page.

  • Items must not be worn or washed and returned within 60 DAYS from the purchase date with the price tags attached.
  • Swimwear and Undergarment Return Policy: Garment can only be returned in new condition, not worn or washed, with original tags attached and liner within 30 days of purchase.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unless it is defective.
  • Refunds of returned merchandise require proof of purchase: in store purchase receipt, shipping confirmation email sent to you, or packing slip you received with your shipment.
  • All credits for returns, or additional charges for exchanges, will be applied directly to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the incorrect merchandise was sent.
