Normally I buy 27-28, or 5 junior, or 0-2 misses but size 25 in this pants was just right level of snug. And after sitting in them for about 15 mins they loosened up a little bit. I'm 5'4", 120lbs, 25" waist and 38" hips, very hard to find pants that don't gap at the back. With this capri I almost don't need a belt! It's a lower rise cut but there was no whale tail or plumber's smile while sitting :-) I'm very happy!
