Free shipping for buckle.com orders that are shipped to a Buckle store for guest pick up.

Shop buckle.com and add items to your bag. At checkout, select “Ship to Store” and search for a nearby store location. Select a store and continue to payment to enter billing information.

Ship-to-store orders are available for store pick up 2-5 weekdays after the order is placed (excludes holidays). You will receive a notification email with instructions when your order has arrived in your selected store.

Once you receive your notification email, go to your selected Buckle store to retrieve your order. Valid photo identification and a signature will be required to pick up your order.

Yes, you may have someone else pick up your ship-to-store order. At checkout, you will be prompted to enter the contact information of the person who will pick up your order.

Ship-to-store orders will be held in-store for 14 days. Please contact Guest Services with any order-related questions.

Orders that are not picked up will be canceled. You will be contacted if your order is canceled and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Ship-to-store orders may be returned to a Buckle store or through the mail. Please see our return policy for detailed instructions.
