Rated 2 out of 5 by Steph from ReturnedI am usually a size 6 but got 6.5 to allow for a thicker sock. The right side felt smaller, more narrow. I dont think it was my foot because when I tried the Courmayer it felt fine. I returned and sized up to 7, but this was way too big. I retried the 6.5 and just still felt too narrow on Right side. The store I went too only had one 6.5 and I think this was the one I initially returned. So dont know if it was just that pair that was smaller on the right. There is another post where someone had the same issue of one side feeling smaller. Boots too expensive to not feel right so returned.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Cold weather bearer from Pretty disappointedI have heard so many great things about timberlands. I live in Utah where good boots are a need. I am a big footed girl and usually wear a size ten in Women's. I wanted my boots to be a little roomy though in case I was wearing thick socks in the cold, so I ordered an 11. A FULL size up and I can barely fit them on my feet. When I do get them on my feet feel like they are going numb they are so small. The tongue says it's a women's size 11, but I just can't believe how small they feel. I wonder if there was sort of mistake. Either way I don't feel like I can wear these boots they are so ridiculously small. There isn't any size larger either. I'm quite disappointed, especially considering the price. Other than this they seem really good quality and they are cute, unfortunately I don't think I will be able to enjoy them at all :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tasha from So Far, So GoodAbsolutely Perfect! Bought these for my daughter, and they did not disappoint. She Loves them and is Impressed with them looking exactly like they do in the pictures. Not sure about the waterproofing, yet, but they are made of Quality, Durable materials. Which is what I look for in my boots. Especially if I'm paying this outrageous, Luxurious, price! Even so, I'm thinking they should Live up to their Potential, which should, and Better Had be, lasting for several/many/at least 5 years, and still look Good. Only then, will I say I got my money's worth. So far, So Good!

Rated 5 out of 5 by A happy happy college student from Dude. Best boots ever. Probably would survive the apocalypseOkay kids lemme tell you a story. I bought these boots right before my semester abroad in Italy. I have different Timbs and I adore them so I thought, heck, why not buy the waterproof ones since Italy is super wet? So I got these boots in black and they're super cute and comfy (once you break them in and all that) and I've basically worn them all over Europe. ANYWAY, you probably have heard that Venice is currently experiencing the highest flooding they've had in 55 years. Our school takes students to Venice every semester. We pull up in Venice and sure enough, its flooded as all get out. So they give us these little plastic bags to put over our shoes so we can wade through the streets during aqua alta (high tide). Underneath these plastic bags/boots I'm wearing the Timbs. So these plastic bags do a pretty dope job of keeping the water out for approximately an hour until me and my friends (being dumb college kids) decide that we totally need to go to San Marcos square, which was under around 5 feet of water. So as we slog through the streets of Venice the water is getting deeper and deeper until we're basically wading through a foot and a half of water. The waters sloshing up to over our stupid plastic bag/boot things. We end up having to turn back because we weren't going to literally swim to San Marcos. Long story short, I make it back to my hotel like 4 hours later and I am SOAKED from head to toe (it started to pour halfway back from San Marcos) and let me tell you MY SOCKS WERE DRY. The outside of my Timbs was soaked and my pants were soaked (cuz the plastic bag/boots were wildly ineffective) but the Timbs are genuinely waterproof. And the best part is, I stuck them by the towel warmer in my hotel room and those babies were dry the next morning. When Timberland says their boots are waterproof they MEAN it. I doubt any of y'all are planning on testing their shoes as intensely as I tested them but trust me, buy yourself a pair of Timbs. I want 6 more pairs.
Wiping down the leather uppers after each wear will keep your boots looking their best. An occasional good cleaning and conditioning is also recommended. When putting on your boot, make sure your foot is on the ground when sliding your heel into the boot. This will prevent excessive pressure on the side pull-tabs.
Due to the nature of leather/suede, small variances of color in the skin may occur, this is in no way considered a defect. These are inherent characteristics of leather/suede and will enhance the individual look of your garment.
