Buckle Return Policy


We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return any items, you may return them within 60 Days from the purchase date, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached.

There are two ways to return items:

  1. In-Store Returns or Exchanges

    You can return or exchange your items at one of our Buckle store locations free of charge.

  2. Mail Returns to Buckle.com

    You can return your items to buckle.com via mail for $6.99.

Return Policy Details:

  1. Items must be returned within 60 days from purchase date and require proof of purchase: in-store receipt, shipping confirmation email sent to you, or packing slip you received with your shipment.
  2. Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed and have the original price tags attached.
  3. Swimwear and undergarments can only be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with protective liner and price tags attached.
  4. Refunds for returns will be applied directly to the original form of payment.
  5. Depending on item availability for in-store exchanges, any additional charges will be applied directly to the original form of payment. In certain situations, refunds may be issued by gift card if the original form of payment was cash or is otherwise not available.
  6. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is damaged, or an incorrect item was received.
  7. Some items are not available for return. These are noted on the product description page.
